I have contacted Bioware three times now and bought the ultimate edition for PS3 now twice due to help desk people telling me that the retailer didn't have codes in the box. But you don't need codes! After contacting them three times in the past 4 days regarding this, the 8.5 hours of conversations boiled down to a short description. And hopefully someone will see this and get it fixed! I have paid for this game twice now and almost no results on getting what I paid for.
It seems the database for bioware doesn't include all the DLCs. Another department other than the helpdesk has to put the codes into the database for the downloadable content. They have them for hte PC but not the PS3!
Thanks to my persistance, they now have the codes in the database for the following that was added to the account:
The Darkspawn Chronicles
Leliana's Song
Warden's Keep
The Stone Prisoner
Return to Ostagar
However, the rest of them including the awakening expansion are NOT! That might explain why people that I have seen post earlier can't get the content! Something has gone wrong.
The ones that are still missing are:
Dragon Age: Origins - The Awakening
The Golems of Amgarrak
Witch Hunt
The ones that were added, had to be added manually... but the helpdesk didn't have the codes to add the rest. I'm still not sure what to do, and I'm tired of spending money and time on something I'm not getting that I should be. I bought the game twice because of helpdesk insistance only to find out I don't even need codes in a box to get the content or registration for the PS3. The problem is, I can't get it if it isn't in the database! so it isn't a wonder it was wanting me to pay for it.
If there is anyone out there in bioware that cares about a customer that has bought just about every bioware game, can you please help me get this fixed? I bought the game twice, at least please help me get the DLCs and expansion for Origins that I paid for.
