I was just playing on the Firebase Hydra map with my Drell Vanguard and everything was going well until about wave 8 when I flipped inside the outlook building (the one next to wave 1 spawn point) causing me to glitch out of the map. I was locked in place unable to move except turn in circles as I driffted into the sky.  By the time extraction came along, I had apparently reached the top of the map and I stopped driffting upwards, and when we were going back to the squad screen where we see out scores, my screen turned black and I had to restart my 360. Anyway, luckily I didn't suffer any ill effects and I got credit for completing the map although I felt bad that my team had to fight off Cerberus with just the 3 of them. Get it fixed.

Same thing happened to me with my Female Vanguard but on a different map. I think its a common glitch that from what ive heard mainly vangaurds run into it because of their biotic charges.
