Traynor is in the show in her underwear.  Every possible sex scene with a human female has that female in bra and panties.  The only one that does not is Liara.  That's sort of the issue.  Why just her?

Because a nude human being would raise the games rating from Mature to Adult Only. On the other hand a naked alien means nothing to the ESRB.
