It's the same reason why Samantha takes a shower IN her underwear, and also why EDI (a robot) walks around with visible ******. The human matters, the robot doesn't.

He was a polite businessman. There's nothing that says krogans can't be cultured. He was probably an assassin.

No, no, NO!  First, its AO, not A.  Second, nudity does NOT mean automatic AO.  AO is for graphic sex and extremely gorey and sadistic violence.  There's been lots of nudity in games without them getting an AO rating.  That stupid BMXXX wasn't AO.  GTA4:Ballad of Gay Tony had full frontal male nudity and it wasn't AO.

Unit-Alpha, yes, that's true. In ME we're talking about 20 or 30 seconds where there would be a chance for the camera angle to show a breast. So, I'm sure you'll agree that this would not warrant an AO.

Yep...if God of War 3 could get an M-rating despite having relatively graphic interactive sex scenes, and RDR got the green flag despite the "we've got bush!" scene, I don't think Traynor's boobs would have dropped the ratings hammer.

The funny double standard exists in cinema too. They are more open to showing full frontal male nudity than female  frontal male nudity. It's shown in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and some other movies. At some point they will have to be equal.
