My Human Male vanguard is Radius + single nova spec. My Human Female vanguard is damage and double nova spec.

My Human Male engineer is combat drone and overload spec. My Human Female engineer is overload/incinerate tech combo spec.

My Human Male infiltrator is specialized for shotguns, with a sticky grenade that has the radius evolutions. My Human Female infiltrator is built for sniping with max damage stickies for attaching to Atlases, Primes, or Banshees.

My Human Male sentinel has tech armor as well as max throw and warp (though that was honestly just a stupid experiment). My Human Female sentinel has no tech armor and max everything else.

And well, Human Adepts and Human Soldiers are just awful compared to any of the alternatives.

The male and famales character are good for alts. Otherwise, I flip a coin. They are both rather Androginous.

I'm female and always play as female first if I have the option to, though I might later make a male character as well. Partly because I find it more immersive to play as a character my own gender, and partly because there are so many games where you have to play as male (often with ****ty meat-head or dull emo protagonists to boot), if the option to do things differently is there, I'll take it.

As for men who play as women, if they're doing it purely so they can make a jiggly boobed lady toon to oggle, that's a tad creepy, but most don't, and the player character models in ME aren't particularly sexualised so meh.

I rarely play as a female in MP aside from Quarians and Asari; but when I do It's usually because I'm bored of playing a generic male Soldier/Adept and want to do something different.

I generally play a male human first, but if I messed up with the talent points or I want to try a new type of spec w/o promoting or using a respec card, I'll use a female human.

That said, I've never understood why people (esp. men) find it so weird to play a character of the opposite sex. If I play multiplayer with a female human or an Asari, it's not like I'm actually identifying with that character. If I play as a Krogan or a Batarian, should I start questioning the number of gonads or eyes I have? When you played the original Metroid and found out Samus was a woman, did you have a major identity crisis?

Mostly play male, but he becomes more of the experiment build. After a while, I'd spec my female differently just to have variety. Also, I'm bad at naming my human females...one of them is named Lady Gaga. =/

I tend to build my human males for hard attacks against single enemies, whereas my human females tend to be AoE capable.

I unno why.

I'm male and i play fem chars in any game if i have the option. Why? i don't know, i just like it and i played hundreds of games with male chars, so now it is the time for the femme touch.

I play both male and female characters in RPGs.

It doesn't seem weird to me...but I don't identify the character as 'me'. More like I'm the author helping to write the story of the character.

You don't think it's weird for male authors to write about female characters in novels, do you?

I play female humans for adepts, sentinels and engineers; Males for Soldiers, Vanguards, Infiltrators. No rational reason why though.

I play either, just depends on my mood. For MP the only time I choose one over the other is Human Vanguard in which case I go female, because in my opinion her Nova scream sounds better than the male's.

I don't like listening to a man make screaming and grunting noises.

I don't identify with women, and Id rather stare at a man's ass all day instead of a females.

The only Human class I play is the Vanguard. I skilled the male for Half-Blast, the female for Power Recharge. That said I almost always play the female because I a) like Power Recharge more and B) am not as pissed off by her constant screaming than the males.

Yep usually two different builds for my humans.

Example
Human Male Engineer = Rocket Drone and Max Defense Stripping
Female = Chain Lightning Drone and Overload for Crowd Control

Bow chicka bow wow.

Seriously, now. I do. And it's actually the only thing that makes me tolerate the human Vanguard's novayell. The female's is so damn annoying.

Also, male human vanguards (and soldiers) have very nice, broad shoulders. :P
