Hello,

I bought Dragon Age with Prisonner of Stone expansion code and I can't download the content. I registered the code, but when I start the downloading in the game's interface, the progress bar don't move and stay at 0%. What can I do ?

(I'm french and not very good in english so this is the french translation of my message just in case :
J'ai acheté Dragon Age avec un code pour l'extension Prisonnier de la Pierre et je ne peux télécharger le contenu. J'ai enregistré le code, mais dès que je lance le téléchargement dans l'interface du jeu, la barre de progression n'avance pas et reste à 0%. Que puis je faire ?)
