4 human soldiers with Revenants on Glacier (Any enemy). Bulletstorm at its finest.

Actually wouldn't be quite a challenge, if you use right setup:
No grenades.
Fully offensive AR with bonus power (last evo).
Revenant with stability and long barrel.
AP or Warp ammo.
Startegy: CS spam, fire from cover (for extra accuracy), use AR for reloads and bosses

I played this setup for many matches and it really works wonders (and usually rocks leaderbord as well). :D
Especially if you can get AR amplifier.

Just wanna see how fast you guys can pull it off. :)

Four level 20 Geth Infiltrators
No points in Proximity Mine
All players using Hunter Mode (Accuracy, RoF, Vision) for the entirety of the game.
All players using Revenant with Barrel and AP mods, no secondary weapon
Assault Rifle Rail Amp 3, Disruptor Rounds 3, Adrenaline Amp 3
No Medi-Gel, Survival Packs, or Rockets
No Grabs, No Melee/Heavy Melee
Versus Geth Gold on Hydra, Full Extraction

Well this is probably mentioned somewhere in this thread, but I'll give my suggestion anyways.

Gold difficulty.
Drells only
No use of weapons, powers, mods, or consumables.
Melee only.
Reapers
Fire base glacier.

We set it to Random/Random and gotten FBWhite/Geth:pinched: We took one Infiltrator of each race, so 2 Proxies, but the Human wasn't specced for Cryo iirc:blush:

"Four as One"
Of course, this isn't a very -creative- challenge, and I can't guarantee the time frame it would require, but here it is:

4 Geth Infiltrators, none allowed to use proximity mine, spec choices in Cloack, Hunter Mode, Networked AI and Advanced Hardware are up to the players. Weapon loadout is Geth Plamsa Shotgun. You may each also bring in a second weapon either geth in origin or based on geth weaponry, but no two players may use the same second weapon. The idea here is to play as four hunters. Opponent is either Cerberus or Reaper, though I'd recommend Cerberus.

Play restriction would be "No Geth may be isolated from teammates." Geth work more efficiently in greater numbers at closer range, so don't allow any player to stray too far away by himself. It's hard to measure distance, so for now "Don't go too far alone" is the best 'rule' I can offer. 30 meters, perhaps? (The max range on Hunter Mode's enhanced vision.) "Adjacent location" is another possibility. For instance, on Firebase White, the landing pad would be adjacent to the ramp leading down to the cover looking over the lower area, the ramp leading up to cover looking over the same area, the walkway leading around towards the raised area (but not the strip of space where the ammo box by the upper doorway), and the walkway down the ladder next to the landing pad. Decide for yourselves what method balances complexity and actual challenge.

Keep in mind that the restriction does not prevent you from moving off into teams of two. Be warned, however, that if you are split into teams of two and one member of your team bleeds out or is executed, you must prioritize reuniting with your remaining squadmates over defeating your enemies.

rank 5 Expose (+15% WD, +15 PD(prox mine)) evolution
rank 6 Pierce (50% Armor Weaken)

Weapon - Phaeston AR

2. Quarrian Engineer

- required skill Cryo Blast
rank 4 radius
rank 5 cryo explosion (+10% WD)
rank 6 frozen vularability (10+15% WD , 50% Armor Weaken)

Weapon - Hornet SMG

3. Turian Soldier

- required skill Proximity mine
rank 4 Radius
rank 5 Damage Taken (+20% WD, +20 AmmoDamage, +20% PD(warp))

Weapon - Revenant AR

4. Geth Infiltrator

- required skill Proximity mine
rank 4 Radius
rank 5 Damage Taken (+20% WD, +20% AmmoDamage, +20% PD(warp))

Weapon - Viper SR

Weapon add-on, ammo powers and consumables at your discretion...

* Armor weakening effects do not stack, I doubt proximity mine damage buffs stack - but they should add redundancy for times when team is split up // members are down ...

** if this sounds too easy - you can always downgrade the weapons(avenger ,shuriken,avenger, incisor) ...try to keep everybody close to 200% recharge thow - its  the constant debuffs I would like to see in action

i got one too:
human sentinel + human soldier + human engineer + human adept (alliance ftw)
everyone takes the katana
on gold, ofc, against cerberus map: FB: condor
no melee and turrets can only be destroyed between rounds

EDIT: oh and no weapon,armor or ammo bonuses

Yeah, YouTube doesn't grant me loads of bandwidth. 50/50 connection but still it takes me about 200 minutes to upload a 3GB file. Urgh!

I don't think playing one game that last way over an hour is even fun. Can you even imagine taking out a Banshee or an Atlas with only tech armor, no weapons and no melee? It would take forever. I don't want to make people watch hour long gameplays and I don't want to spend a lot of itme editing and finding the "best" parts of such a playthrough. But if that's the only challenges that are "interesting" I guess we're going to try it .. at some point.


OK fine, how about four human soldiers with shurikens facing cerberus on reactor?

SETUP:
- Asari Adept
- Asari Justicar
- Asari Vanguard
- Human Sentinel

RULES
- Pistols OR SMGs only.
- If a player dies, they cannot be revived by any means for the remainder of the wave.
- No explosions (Biotic, grenades, missiles etc) can be triggered at all. Concider them nukes that'd wipe the entire world out if triggered.

GL with that one, I'd love to see it.

We've already done that with Locusts' vs Reapers. Shurikens' vs Cerberus won't be any harder.
