So i reinstalled Mass Effect 3, the DLC is listed under the "Checking Downloadable Content" as below

however i do not have my previous new character cards (geth, batarian etc)
and i dont have the option to create games in the new maps (firebase hydra)

how do i redownload the DLC and get them back?
