I still never received an Operation: Raptor commendation pack plz help me BW. . .

I had feedback on, promoted all 6 of my classes during the weekend, and still no commendation pack. I waited while the exploit fix was being developed and tested but now the packs appear to have granted again yesterday and I have still never recieved one. It shows up in my registered game content, but not ingame. I have contacted EA support several times they can't seem to help me. So am I just screwed out of a pack that I earned but everybody else got?

Same problem, but in my case Comm pack not even registered. Don't know what to do. EA support can't help.
"I can add it but we are not sure that it's working or not." - that's what they said to me.

I have the exact same problem and I had just posted a thread above yours. I wonder will we be able to receive any rewards at all since the system totally passes through our names?

I never got a first commendation pack.
Thought, perhaps the host didn't have the all options on.
But after not receiving the second - the raptor commendation pack - i'm angry. I was 100% entitled to it.
I want both my packs now! But i have no idea whom to contact

 Same here, same thing.  I spoke to two different reps with the Origin Live Help and both said that the pack was on my account on their end but I'm not seeing it on mine.

try this :I still have not received my Raptor Commendation pack. and have received only my victory pack for the Resurgence event. i can confirm that upload feedback is on. i received the 1st events rewards only. and have only 1 n7 weapon due to this. I have contacted support and found them very unhelpful. quote"sorry for your disappointment" after a 10 minute wait for live chat. when the website said 1min wait average. i am very disappointed with your services and may return your products and notify people about your horrid service, I will not be recommending ea origins to anyone, nor the mass effect series, unless you your company gets its act together. I now see why EA won the golden poo award for worst company. worked for me got my raptor pack lol still no resergence

I am reposting what I wrote in the News and Annoucement forums:
Can we get an update from Bioware please? I haven´t received the commendation in the game yet. It shows in my profile but still not working in game. I contacted EA support 3 times, the first time they "gave" me the commendation pack (in my profile) but it wouldn´t work in game I waited for a day but since it still wasn´t working I contacted them again and this other person told me that I should talk to Bioware since the problem was on their side because they (EA) had already activated the pack on my profile. So I waited one more day to see if there were any news and since I saw people were contacting EA again I tried one last time this morning and now they tell me that there is a problem, that they are aware but that I will have to wait a little more. So I was wondering if Chris or any of the other employees that are working on this can give us an update or at least tell us to keep on waiting. I want to know what I should do because I keep reading that some people already got it.

Anyone that hasn't gotten it yet should contact EA Support again.

Apparently they've now been made aware of how to help you with the issue and are now able to provide you with a working pack.

I've been trying for two days and every time when I try to login & contact EA support, I get this: 
'Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. '

I promoted 5 chars and no pack... I tried to get customer support and "The service is not available" 3 days...

Bioware is making a whole carreer in dissappointing customers.......

Ok mates, just hoped around here to post a piece of advice...

First.. the commendation packs from operation raptor are beign given only using bioware game support service... Thats logging in and using the live chat option... I did it this way TODAY and it worked out well...

Second... I was not able to access chat support using the web browser... whenever i tried to log in it said that the service is unavaible... i tried this with 4 different web browsers...
I had actually surrended when i hop on and noticed a post saying that you could access live chat suport starting the ORIGIN program...
So.. GO to start.. launch origin.. click on the HELP tab, and select the LIVE CHAT option... there you should be able to log into the customer support and be able to ask for the commendation pack to be given to the account...

GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!!!!! i understand your pain... but trust me... launch origin and acces chat support over there... not in game.. just using the origin client!!!!!!

PLEASE BUMP THIS!!!!

Thanks for sharing this! I just tried the live chat through Origin, and I finally got the pack for Raptor...

You deserve a statue in the middle of your town  :DDDDDDDDDDDD 

Must add: If you have Origin in a language different from english, you should turn it to english in the options, otherwise it won't show the live chat option. (Al least I had to do it with my spanish version)
