uhm.. im not gonna quote yer entire post just for the sake of readers sanity..

Seems ye got it the wrong way...
The awards from operation raptor where only 2 packages at MOST

1 reward was a victory pack, wich was granted 1 per account to every player if the global goal was achieved. So... everyone got a victory pack for his ME3 copy... only 1 victory pack wich was pretty much a free recruit pack or something like that quality..

The second possible award from operation raptor was 1 commendation pack... (ONE) this one was granted IF you successfully promoted 2 or more character classes during the operation weekend..
IF you promoted 2 or more characters you will receive 1 (ONE) commendation pack for free into your "Store" menu in your ME3 multiplayer... the "cool" thing about these commendations pack is that they give you one of the Exclusive N7 weapons wich can only be awarded with these commendation packs...

So.. im glad ye got the commendation pack using chat support, because most people didnt get it the normal way and we had to work out with support to get ours linked to our accounts.
Just saying... on the OP regarding operation raptor it was made clear (though seems not enough) that those where the only 2 awards beign given out during that operation. And if ye followed that thread you would have noticed some people had the same confusion as you regarding how many commendation packs they where going to receive as no matter how many characters you promoted you will only receive 1 commendation pack if you promoted 2 or more characters that weekend.

It was 1 Commendation pack as long as you promoted 2 (and EVERYONE should have gotten a Victory for participating). You can only get 1 Commendation pack in each of the events so far.

I got my Commendation pack, but I never recieved my Victory pack.

So... this means you got here read the entire thread and still you havent received the packs AFTER using chat support and explaining in detail to the operator what was your situation?

dunno what to say..
seems everyone who used chat support properly had their commendation pack linked and delivered to his ME3 account :S

About resurgence i had the same issue... contacted chat support and they delivered it on my account.

You could elaborate more on your issue so we can try to help you out...
