You know, the times where you've committed some cardinal MP sin unwittingly...

What are some of your less than stellar moments?

I'll give you one from today:

Human Engineer (silver).  I died w/in minutes in the FIRST WAVE....then again in the SECOND!  I was dropping herp derps for no apparent reason.  My team was good.  They revived me.

I eventually got my self together and actually managed to get the top score...though we all died in wave 10.

Everytime I play as a vanguard just to get some easy credits. I seriously feel really bad every time. When I forgot to unequip my launcher and ended up wiping out a whole swarmer with it. And recently doing a power melee on the final dude like 6 times and missing each one, I could have just shot him but it was a principal thing

I felt like a total noob in FBW/Geth/Gold yesterday while testing a Turian Sentinel for the first time - and actually after that with an Asari Adept too. The problem was that I kept dying all the time. I was right next to others so they could always revive me, but it was very embarrassing. And I'm not sure why it kept happening. I was playing like normal, and I don't normally die like that. It's like I was getting shot despite ducking back to cover after using a power and/or shooting. Could be lag-related, but even so. In any case I kept dying over and over. So embarrassing.

First time with Geth Engineer. Way too used to my Geth Infiltrator so I'm in the mindset of "They can't see me since I'm cloaked". It took 4 deaths (and several apologies to my poor teammates) before my mind reset to the fact that I did not have a Tactical Cloak. Did fairly well after that, but felt ashamed entire battle.

The other players (I forget their names) were very friendly and forgiving though and we played a few games after that.

When ME3 first came out I was very excited when I got a Krogan. I proceeded to try and melee everything to death like an idiot but since I was not the host I just missed and missed and missed. I would have embarassing moments trying to melee common Geth Troopers upwards of 6 times and keep missing because the bastards would sidestep or I would be attacking a place the host said the enemy did not exist.

Even when I was full health and the enemy would have a sliver of health I could miss him so often that I would get killed. It was ridiculously embarassing and my friends have made me swear never to Krogan melee again :D

Wave 1 on Tuchanka... my phone rings. It's a friend of mine screaming about how it's over, it's done, he's leaving his wife and would I get some other friends together to help him move out that night? This happens once a year. I talk him down and go back to the match, which is on wave 8. I also got a soda and rolled my eyes eleven times.

I realized... I am the AFK guy. I have a score of 0 on Wave 8 and my poor teammates were probably cursing me and shooting at me between waves. So I got back into the game, and ended up topping the score board.

Just kidding, I got like 12 whole points and quit the lobby as soon as the game ended. Felt terrible, but life happens sometimes.

Normally I have no trouble finishing even Gold while only going down once or twice if at all, but a couple nights ago I was just not on the ball at all.

I was playing my Geth Engineer on Silver, and it seemed like I went down two or three times at least every other wave.  Thankfully I was playing with a friend, so she was always right there beside me to get me back on my feet.

I've been that guy...

I got surrounded by Swarmers without realising it, and was taken down before I knew what him me. In my defence, was busy trying to take sniper shots at the Two Ravagers that were bombarding my location... looking out for small insects was not top of my priority list that time :P

LMAO!  I died with a launcher armed once.  I was almost instantly revived, yet forgot I had the launched armed.  A Cannibal come around the corner, and I let loose with a rocket.  I got him, but my teammate ran over, shot the ground twice, looked at me, and ran off.

Dieing like a noob on the first few rounds with my AA when I unlocked it a few days ago. With my AV, I could always charge to basically save my ass when things got too hot. Didn't have that with the AA though, so kept eating dirt 'til I figured out to just stay in over and spam stasis bubble for every one else while taking pot shots with M-8 Avenger X.

Parked behind cover on FB:W* with my Infiltrator, sniping Reaper mooks coming up from the bottom room and catwalks. I had just finished the last Cannibal off, popped out of cover and turned to move out-
BANSHEE AUGH *chest-stab*

I felt really silly.

Every time I run around a corner to revive a teammate – without first peeking around the corner to make sure I can solo whatever downed them in the first place.

Today's example: Batarian Sentinel runs at full tilt around a corner to find … 2 marauders, 2 cannibals, and a ravager on a stroll with the kids. And you know how nimble batarians are, so....

Every now and then I run in front of a turret not thinking. The brat-a-tat-tat-tat starts and I'm like omfg I did not just do that.

I bravely fought off a whole herd of Cannibals which were like a mile away, not realizing my teammate was dying slowly right behind me, about 3 inches away.

Forgive me my fellow forumites, for I have sinned.
I managed to back into a spawn point while shooting at a single enemy Twice. In rounds 1 and 2.
I have backed in front of the infiltrator as they have lined up their perfect shot.
I have sulked when I wasn't rezed, even though there were three Hunters standing on me (I did turn off the mike though).
And I raged at a fellow player for skeet shooting the enemies I had trapped in my singularity (But those were my kills!).

Damn you for reminding me!

I did the same as you, twice... In a row... Ran into the middle level of FB:W to revive a teammate, didn't look around so just hit space and waited. Dead. Waited a bit, medigel when I saw the Marauder move away, went to revive, poof, killed by Brute...

It would seriously have taken me 3 braincells and 0.1 seconds of thinking to figure out not to medigel right there, but nooo...

Charging as a Vanguard into an unshielded rocket trooper, only to realise it's accompanied by three Geth Pyros.

This has happened mulitple times over multiple games and medals, and now I hate myself.

Playing as my battlemaster with my friends, my character is so massive I'm blocking seemingly all their shots with my body. I'm not even charging in the way; all four of us have a firing lane set up and every time I move I just seemed to be in the way of one person or the other. The whole time I'm just yelling "sorry my body's so big!" lol definitely one of those moments but we all were laughing it up nonetheless.

I've been that Krogan sentinel who insists on charging blindly into a group of enemies but who keeps missing them.

"RAAAAARGH" *misses*
*turns around* "RAAAAARGH" *misses*
*turns around* "RAAA-" "I'm down!"

Not my proudest moments. Also, being a little too enthusiastic with my melee Geth Infiltrator. Sorry, teammates, and thanks for reviving me over and over and over again.

First time I try out a new char it's always as if I have left half my brain back at base. Was shooting at the glowing blue troopers and all kinds of silly things, and I have a lvl 18 adept and do know about biotic combos.... *sigh*

Got myself back to normal at wave 5. Sorry people, promise to be a better Geth next time...

Wish I could wear a sign with "practice driving" or something, lol
