Well some Salarian was ressing me at least on my Asari Adept if I recall correctly (next to the doorway opening towards the LZ)... but I think that was an engineer? Or actually that case might've been when I was playing my Geth Engineer. Not sure. And can't recall who was ressing me when I was on the Turian Sentinel, I was too busy hanging my head in shame as my corpse lay there in silly postures. Hard to keep track of it all!

But it's quite possible - my Origin ID is this same name.

A phantom just downed me with a melee attack, my teammate sniped her and revived me. Now that I am back in the game, I decided to get me some revenge by pump a claymore round into her corpse. Out of nowhere comes another phantom and downs me again...

I guess revenge is best served when all the enemies are dead.

Sometimes on the first waves in the first couple of matches of the day I'm a little distracted, I need those first few minutes to concentrate.

I once ran halfway across the map to revive a downed teammate. On my way there, I turned a corner at full sprint and got stuck on the phantom that downed him. Insta-killed.

I often get bored of watching my 3 teammates clear the hallway right in front of me without leaving anything for me so I'll circle around for a flank attack. Unfortunately, it sometimes ends with me sprinting right into advancing enemies, forcing me to turn around and sprint for cover, only to find out some fresh troops just spawned there. I then get downed with no chance of a safe revive.

In Condor, at the end of a wave, i go to the ammo crate near the balcony, but i get no clips, so i head to the ammo crate of the extraction zone, and i bump into the next wave, a prime and three pyros... Dead

Playing Asari Vangaurd, against Cerberus on Bronze. I was only doing it to round out the credits to buy a Premium Spectre Pack and because I feel guilty that all the other classes are high level and Vangaurd is neglected. (I shouldn't ever play Vangaurd.)

I biotic charge a group of troopers from a distance ... to have selected the Gaudian in the group. (Dead)
OK, back up, I get angry and charge the enemy ... oops, a group of Gaudians. (Dead)
OK, back up ... being a bit more cautious.
Oh, look a trooper on his own. Wait, what? No, no, no, he's not on his own, he's next to an engineer who just set up a turret!
What's across the map? Charge at anything ... Atlas? D'oh!

Of course the final straw was accidentally hitting the wrong button on my mouse and biotic charging OUT of the LZ with 0:02 left on the clock ...

I really shouldn't ever play Vangaud ... back to sniper for me.

I was on a series of runs with people on my friends list, we were doing a gold map and on like wave 8 I had to use the bathroom. When I got back, people were pissed. After the match one of my friends unfriended me. I guess I should have told them 3 hours is too long for me to play straight through.

A few days ago, I wanted to re-level and try out the human adept in bronze, so I went into a lobby, saw another biotic class (sentinel or adept, I think) around same level... thought, okay, we can get combos in. Another low-level biotic comes in. Nice. 'Splosions all around! Level 18 soldier comes in. Okay, he can mop up for us. Good line-up.

I'm messing around with weapons and see everyone's waiting on me, so I back out of the menu and hit ready. Then I look at the classes again. All three have switched to level 16-20 soldiers leaving me... with a human adept... at level 3, I think... Oh, and I have one point in singularity and most in warp. I voice my first thought: "Oh. My. God." Belatedly realize my mic's on.... Oops? At least they were nice enough to revive Squishy the Adept throughout the entire match.

Tried healing a dude with like 6 seconds to go, we were all in the extraction zone. I went to his body to heal him, crouched down...then zoomed across the ground at 70 mph to the other end of the map. He then healed himself, and I look like an ****.

I felt like a total noob in FBW/Geth/Gold yesterday while testing a Turian Sentinel for the first time - and actually after that with an Asari Adept too. The problem was that I kept dying all the time. I was right next to others so they could always revive me, but it was very embarrassing. And I'm not sure why it kept happening. I was playing like normal, and I don't normally die like that. It's like I was getting shot despite ducking back to cover after using a power and/or shooting. Could be lag-related, but even so. In any case I kept dying over and over. So embarrassing.

The same thing happened to me a few times. Sometimes the enemies AI just seems to favor shooting at a specific player more often.  I had two team mates attacking a Prime, along with one of their SE decoys. I was in the different room, with a small gap of view too this prime, and it shot at me instead of my teammates. With my shields demolished in a half second the Hunters blew my face off with no effort. Scumbag AI.

Ha! I do this a lot, though not just with banshees. I'd be like "Right, I must bring down this Brute/Ravager only to get the hell shot out of me by a cannibal who's behind me. Sometimes I feel like such a noob.

This however is not what I'm most ashamed of. A few nights ago I was in a match and I kept inadvertently stealing my team mates kills. I have know idea what was going on, normally I try never to kill steal, but this night I was seeing a bad guy downing him and then, only after, would I realize that someone else had been on him first. I felt like a total douchebag.

1.) Charging out of an evac zone by accident when time was running out
2.) Charging into a Banshee with low armor because I'm thinking my charge will knock her remaining health out... OOPS!

Or, when I played as an engineer, one of my friends was shouting that an Atlas was behind me when I was already shooting one in front of me.  I said, "I'm already shooting it!"  Well, 2 seconds later, I was insta-killed wih the other one that was well... behind me.

I was on a team full of Level 20's farming FBW/G/G, and they were sooooo intent on extracting that I did a troll-leap/roll with my Geth Engineer out of the extraction zone bubble with 1 second left, thinking I wouldn't actually make it, but did...and spoiled their Full Extraction status.

Much rage ensued...but honestly, nothing to gain from an extra 3-4 minutes trying to extract when everyone is level 20...it's just pointless.

I built my Krogan Soldier, Krogan Vanguard, Batarian Soldier, and Geth Infiltrator for melee damage. Even my Human Soldier has the +50% melee damage buff during Adrenaline Rush. Yeah, I'm THAT guy.

Getting grabbed by a Banshee three rounds in a row, I felt so damn guilty and embarrassed, I'm actually a pretty good player. Granted 2/3 of those times it was magic magnet hands doing the work, but still it was embarrasing.

And then there was that time where I though "Hey lets play the drell vanguard using a melee build, that should be fun!" ...Never...again...

I'm that guy who hates the key bindings. I charge to my downed TM just to duck behind a crate instead of reviving, in front of a Banshee/Brute/Geth Prime.

Besides playing a class I’m not used to and especially after switching from playing one for so long into another one. Hey, who hasn’t pushed a button to do a power you used a lot on your last class that can save your ass to find out you shoot a little proximity mine right past the guy about to kill you?

However, my biggie is getting booted out of a game because of a EA server “disconnect”. I never know if everyone else got booted or if they all think I just up and bailed on them. I know It has happened in a game with my nephew where I got the famous EA server disconnect but he was still in the game.
