I dare say I'm a bit of a derp. I have...

Been instakilled by a Phantom while zoomed in shooting something else.
Biotic Charged a banshee and gotten grabbed.
Missed two Brutes and two Banshees, all of them, with a missile (though I still say it glitched).
Killed a Ravager with melee then died to the goo it left on the floor.
Been grappled by three Husks in fifteen seconds while sniping.
Failed to revive a teammate because I got stuck to cover or tried to disable an objective. Twice. In five minutes.
Taken cover in a spot I didn't realize gave half the enemy wave a clear shot at me.
Forgotten I have Tactical Cloak on an infiltrator.
Forgotten to activate Barrier or Tech Armor until after the first time I go down.

My favorite, though, is the little things I do deliberately because the group I play with is cool with me screwing with them or not always playing my best. Sometimes we'll do little things just to mess with each other. My favorite, though, is nearing the end of a Geth wave. Sneaking up on a teammate with Tactical Cloak, a GPS, on an all-black Geth Infiltrator and shooting them at point blank is a guaranteed way to cause said teammate to waste a thermal clip and several grenades before calling you a bastard on voice chat.

I've been "That guy" who's N7 level was "too low" being at only 70 or so. I start up a public silver match, a bunch of douche bags all with 250+ N7 levels join, then they all vote to kick me from the lobby I started and then I get kicked.

Regularly (but luckily not constantly) missing heavy melee charge on a Krogan Sentinel. Might have died a few times due to the misses, too.

Also usually scoring lowest or second to lowest score on most classes because my aim is pisspoor.

 The other day I tried to take care of a whole side of a map while the rest of my team was working together at the opposite end. I died like three times within the first few waves and finally learned my lesson. We won and went on to do other runs, but I can't fathom why they didn't kick me.

First time as a krogen battlemaster with full melee. i am on one side of the map soloing it when the other 3 members are on the other. see a atlas and think, "hey i am a krogen i can take it no problem." biotech charge, melee, biotech charge, melee, he grabs me insta death. next wave try it on a phantom and i die.

next game vs reapers, pretty much same situation tried it on the brute with the same success, and then banshee.

Haven't played my krogen since then

Get into a party, first Quck Match, with another bunch of players that also have an N7 of over 400 like me.... and the Leader had switched to Gold RIGHT before we started, and I had NO clue, and was on my QI with my BW1.... now given, a good class, and weapon combo... but I'd been playing HI with a Claymore for the past week or so.... I think I missed at LEAST 100 shots... I mean I was SOOO out of practice... and Gold Reapers in the Reactor... 1st game of the night... Needless to say, I died sooo many times, and did sooo many stupid things that I think I ended that match with 25 total kills, if that....

Every time i die as a vanguard, even if its just once a game, i am overcome with guilt. But if i died as an infiltrator, adept, basically anything else, its not a big deal.
Not using nova and having 100 percent shield regen makes the vanguard pretty tough to kill luckily. I also got a kroguard, which is even tougher to kill.

No shame for getting wrecked vs reapers on gold, let alone in reactor...that combo gives me nightmares. Wave 10, hack, centre room...

Going down in wave 1 on silver. Then not dropping again until maybe wave 8 or 9. Sorry guys, sometimes those troopers/cannibals just take me from behind and I'm all "hurp durp dead". Promise I'll make it up for the rest of the game.

Today during a gold game for some stupid reason I thought we were on a hack wave when we werent...my teamates must have been a bit suprised when I suddenly bolted straight into the middle of the oncoming wave.
Amazingly I managed not to die and I ran a sort of loop through the enemy forces screaming in terror and frantically spamming ED as I went,eventually arriving back with my team.
Im kind of glad they didnt have mics..I must have looked a total noob lol

Trying to use two missiles on a Geth Prime bunkered down at an extraction point. First went underneath his crotch and second below his armpit.

Also the many moments of trying to headshot a Geth Prime with sniper rifles whilst his profile was facing me only for the shots to narrowly miss his jugular.

Trying desperately to warn a teammate there's a banshee behind him via comms but he keeps trying to take out enemies in a different direction and is oblivious. Watch helplessly as he gets disemboweled.

Playing as a Vanguard: Getting crushed under a Brute's heel in one wave, and charging to a Banshee's embrace in the next. Though to be fair the latter was unintentional; was about to charge a Cannibal when the Banshee teleported in front of it.

Also, jumping down a platform just in time for a grenade to go off. So THAT was why teammate was climbing up! Derppp.

Some I had:

Going for a twofer and missing both targets (prime/atlas/banshee).
Missiling long range and completely missing.
Sprinting right into a pyro (you know when you hold A and can't see **** on a turn? It gave one of my teamates quite a laugh).
Missiling 3 phantoms consecutively. Just said eff it and was blood thirsty after I accidentally rocketed the first one (turns out they were my last rockets too, this one was probably the most ****ing stupid out of all of them since they only take like 3 seconds to kill)
Going down on wave 1 with an energy drain fail (thought I was on my SI instead of my SE and hit the wrong button)

Think that was all of them. But, in my defense, I've personally witnessed way worse!

I have been that vanguard that charged a group of cannibals, only to be insta-gibbed by the Banshee that was just round the corner.

I have also been that Soldier that stood in dead Ravager goo and died, not noticing my health and shields going down before being killed by a single swarmer. The shame.

Whenever I play my full melee GI is pretty much an entire mission of being "that guy". Especially when I ruin a Prime and his entourage of Pyros and Hunters and Doomsquad only to be plonked by his turret. It's like, oh my god I am so epic....OH HAI TURRET :geth squeal: :keels over:

I was that geth engineer yesterday that died every 10 seconds BEHIND cover for some weird reason that I still cannot fathom...lag is probably the only explanation. It was beyond embarrassing. On that note, geth engineers really are fragile on gold.

Geth are fragile, period, once something breaks your shields. This is why as my geth Engineer, I only have HM on when it's absolutely necessary. If I've got HM on, it's when we're holding an objective and I'm making sure nothing nasty sneaks up on us, meaning I'm frantically looking around, keeping my turret up, and cowering behind cover.
