This, too. Blade Armor, Tech Armor, Barrier. If it's a toggled ability, I will forget to activate it at least once, or accidentally deactivate and forget to turn it back on.

charging a group of grunts across the map only to find a phantom/atlas/banshees over there also. Nothing more shameful then running as fast as you can away with the sound of the banshee screaming and your friends laughing at your stupidity.

 I was playing a silver round the other night, and we were doing pretty well until extraction wave. All of sudden, geth hunters and pyros were swarming. One person went down, we'd go to revive, another would go down. I went down at one point, and after someone revived me, they fell, and I couldn't help them right away because we were surrounded by hunters. We only had about 30 seconds left, so I ran to get to "safe point" to try to kill some of the enemies, but I turned a corner and WAM! Right into a Prime. I went down fast and we never got extracted. 

My favourite, though, was the time three of us were "taking it easy" on a bronze round. We were doing fine, got to the extraction wave and had 5 seconds left. In that 5 seconds, one friend went down and as the other was reviving him, I was trying to keep off some Cerberus enemies and *backed* into a Cerberus dude who took me down in a second. We ended up with a "sole survivor." So embarrassing, but we were all laughing about hilariously stupid that was!

I got my team partial extraction instead of a full extraction when I saw some centurions I wanted dead and ran out of the extraction zone before the shuttle arrived.

I know its team play, but I confess... More than once I've watched a melee build or vanguard running insanely into packs.

Watched a Krogan sentinel walk right into 6 guardians. And laughed... On the Mic mind you... As he got bounced like a wimpy kid on the playground back and forth staggerlocked. As he begged for help, I told him that was the penalty box for mad rushes.

In my defense it was late and I had a "nip".

Hate it when I run unknowingly into a turret or phantom and end up dead. Once I did that 3 times in a row... it was epic embarrassment.

My less than stellar moment consisted of a series of less than stellar moments, and even though I tried to soften the blow to my squad by telling them in advance about my plans, I still can't help but feel like the rest of the randoms wanted to shoot me. I was testing a version of the Geth Infiltrator "Glass Cannon" build, which utilizes Tactical Cloak and Hunter Mode to apply huge damage multipliers to heavy melee attacks. The Glass Cannon play-style is very similar to the standard Vanguard, which means that I'd be using my Infiltrator to occasionally break away from the group to cloak and drop huge amounts of hurt on clustered groups of enemies. I knew that these kinds of strategies can arouse cries of "KILL STEALER!" so I took advantage of my mic to let the group of non-mic'd randoms know I was testing a new character build, that it would involve me occasionally taking down huge waves of enemies, and that my general lack of health might result in a few deaths. I also told them that I was going to try my best to cooperate and strategize despite the Glass Cannon's primary function as a hit and run melee monster. Y'know, retreat from combat to rez other players with my Tactical Cloak, that kind of thing.

Suffice it to say, they must not have thought I was serious about any of that because they proceeded to follow me (at times running to keep up) and then aim at every cluster of enemies I told them I was going to be taking down. They got super pissed, started sending me private messages, emptying bullets into my Geth's face between waves... it was then that I realized that despite my best attempts to communicate with my squad, my teammates didn't give a flying fish about my plans and immediately saw me as "THAT GUY."

And then I understood the kind of pain and exclusion Vanguards must feel.

I got facerolled repeatedly in Glacier-Geth-Gold this afternoon. It was humiliating. I don't even have any specific to say about it. Flames -> dead. Prime stagger -> dead. Hunter looked at me cross-eyed -> dead. Dead in wave one? Yep. Just awful.

Today, I was playing on Firebase White. The game in my mind was over, we were on wave 11, 20 seconds to go. I placed my character in the extraction zone and got myself a drink. After relieving my thirst I came back to see the end of game stats, only I survived the rest of my team did not make it....

I know this feeling. I was the last one alive and, for a while, I was doing pretty good. Just a few more troopers, one sniper, and 3 centurions to deal with and I was picking them off one by one with my Sentinel and her biotic explosions. When, for some reason I ran the wrong way (and I KNEW it was the wrong way) and ended up in the cross fire between three of them. I missed 3 or 4 times in a row with my biotics to knock them back before shamefully dying.

I also was "that guy" when I tried out the Asari Justicar for the first time. I only armed her with a little SMG (Locust I) thinking "then I can use my powers to win the day", but I forgot that I only leveled up the bubble. So I had a bubble and a little pellet gun to *pew* *pew* with.... it was lolz.

My geth engineer was the last one alive today during Wave 8 fire base glacier (silver) with only a small mob left.I died and cost us the match because I was so busy focusing my turret on the group in front of me I didn't see the 3 cannibals sneak up behind me.

I get flanked by pyros like an idiot quite a bit on silver. Get distracted bombarding a prime or something in the distance and there the little jerks are to ruin my day.

 In the entire time I've played ME3's multiplayer, I've never had a game in which people were actually talking over their mics.  Sure, I'd gotten a few micbreathers before, but nobody ever talked to anybody.  So, imagine my surprise when I entered a game today and everybody was talking non-stop, and not about the game at all.

So, of course, instead of paying attention to the game I'm listening intently to their crazy crazy lives, which is fine because I'm on my Human Engineer (my natural class and a cakewalk to play).  And then the game ends, while I'm fighting back hordes of Cerberus by my lonesome.  I'm immediately brought back to my senses and confused.  And then I realise that my entire team is sitting at the extraction point, wondering what the **** I'm doing all the way on the opposite side of the map.  I hadn't even noticed we we'd passed the final waves.

I left that lobby SO fast.

Every time I play Asari Vanguard after playing Asari Adept for like 10 matches straight, I ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL, accidentally push "1" to cast Stasis only to remember mid-flight that 1 on Vanguard is "Charge".

I have the habit of forgetting about objectives, and some how am capable of blocking radio out as he yells at me about the current objective. Instead, I'm just sitting there happily firing away at random enemies; until I look up and notice the timer, pause for a moment wondering "what's that for" "Oh, right, objectives"

also being careless and dieing on wave one of Bronze. Happens to me way more often than I would like to admit.

Wave 10, gold, using geth infiltrator.

I have the geth HUD on, and a hacking area starts. I "think" I see the point marks a common hacking area, but it's full of enemies. I shoot 2 rockets... then I realize that's not the hacking area, and I just made those enemies respawn closer to the actual hacking zone. We made it, but I'm sure my random team didn't understand what I was doing xD.

As for me, I can't run off because of the stagger and weak ass shields. I just stand there and then die again and again for 2-3 more times )

I rarely speak on the mic but that time I said "I'm so sorry" )
Nearly tried to say don't try reviving me anymore, but then I bled out first LOL
