I don't trust the Krogan, but I trust Wrex's intentions so I could never betray him. I am however planning a new renegade ME1 playthrough that Wrex won't be surviving. I have no problem pissing in Wreav's cereal and I want to see the sabotage content. (avoiding watching youTube, I want to see it first hand.)

No. In fact, the one time I did actually ruin the cure, I specifically killed Wrex in ME1 and destroyed the data in ME2 so that Bakura would die too so that the only one I betrayed is Wreave. I wouldn't have been able to go behind their backs because I would have felt terrible, but betraying Wreave? Meh.
