Hi guys Im pretty new here so Im sorry if this issue has already been discussed but I am a little confused.
My portrait on my elf rouge is wrong, it shows an old character I deleted ages ago. Also it shows him with a bow and what looks like the starting armor. His level and stats are correct however as well as the little equipment slots, just not the portrai or picture when you click on him.
Does anyone know why this would be? Ive tried deleting him here and having him be re uploaded but that didnt work.

It a very common problem. There is nothing you could do to fix it. As far as I know it happens to most people.
You'll just have to wait for bioware to fix it.

The portrait has to be a black background, and the full body pic never changes. Also the EA server seems to be rather slow on uploading stuff.

I just had 2 characters upload with no pic, they should have worked. I also had problems with the EA server at the time. I'd put money on the fact that if EA had nothing to do with this game it would be much better.

That's not true.
I have a few characters. Both of the characters I have with portraits have custom backgrounds.
So the backgrounds are nothing to do with wether the character portrait uploads or not.

I've tried 4 other characters before this once with the fancy backgrounds and no pic, but the last two I tried to upload had black backgrounds and the pics didn't work. Oh well I guess I have to just blame EA, they screw up so many good things.

If i create a human noble warrior i get no profile picture but if i roll any other class it is fine does anyone else have this issue

My Xbox isn't always online. My chars created being offline have no profile picture although I played online afterwards for many hours and the char's stats were updated. My last char was created being online and she has a profile picture as you can see left hand. May be this is a clue?
