Yep, I replayed it through again, different love interest, some different choices, the road not taken, right?  Couple of things came to mind...

1. The extended scene with Shepard and Anderson on the Citadel at the end should have been left in.  It packs an emotional whallop that is in keeping with their relationship.  Short version just doesn't do them justice.

2. Beaten to death, but first playthrough was with femShep, second with maleShep.  IMO, Jennifer Hale has more appeal, by the smallest margin.  All of the VA was first-class, though.

3. Every time I heard this music, it made me cringe www.youtube.com/watch not in a bad way, just that I knew something momentous, and poignant was coming.  And that it would, again, change the way I view games...

4. Still don't understand the ending, and am still somewhat disappointed.  But, considering Bioware has given me, in essence, an interactive novel of sorts complete with characters, adventures and plot that I have been thoroughly engrossed with for several years now, it's okay.

I know they're be DLC, multiplayer, maybe a replay or three, but it saddens me somewhat that there won't be any more Commander Shepard to look forward to.  Not in an emo, crazy way, but saddening just as my favorite movies and books came to conclusion and I realized that I wouldn't have them to look forward to, anymore.
