Hi! I have recently tweeted the problem I have and they have asked my to type in a formal report.

My problem lies in Operation Raptor. I had promoted 2 characters and was definitely in the go to receive the rewards. I checked around and heard you guys had some problems and the rewards were gonna come late. Till now, the rewards have not arrived and I'm starting to panic a little.

One of the tweeters, TheZorker mentioned I should check out my profile in the BSN and check under registered game content for the raptor pack.  However, that pack doesn't seem to exist in my registered game content.

What should I do, and does that mean I'm not entitled in receiving the rewards?

Much earlier today, chat support told me to wait. Still waiting.
