First, i hve found that some of my actions are not being recorded for the awards. Such as using the disruptor ammo. I'm nearly done with the game and always use special ammo since there is no penalty for doing so. Disruptor a lot as well as incendiary ammo. Cryo ammo as well, but just started using it. Anyway, some of these are showing zero effect. I did get all the head shots and the guys screaming while on fire. I think one is incinerating their armor and one is dsisrupting their shields.
Also, I seem to have a critical error on the Citadel. I think that is where it is at. Where you go to administration, and talk to the secretary who gets up and stands by her desk when you talk to her, then to the other girl who is her boss, and she asks you to get the info from three terminals. Well I got all three, but when I go to talk to her, she acts as if I stil need to do this. I go back to that area and all three terminals are no longer able to be interacted with. It did say success all three times. This prevents me from continueing with her quests, which is very frustrating.
Several problems on ME2.

Dunno about the 2nd one, but for the first one, you can't do that with ammo, you have to use powers to set them on fire or disrupt the shields.
