I'll buy a few, but only because I still only have the Geth Infiltrator and Asari Justicar (I've had terrible lack in packs, I've honestly bought 20 premium's last few days)Atheosis wrote...
Already have all the new characters and most the new weapons maxed out. Won't be bothering with this special pack I don't think. The same price as a Premium Specte Pack? Seriously?
But after that, I am done for the same reasons, Specter packs afterwords.

Does this mean you have no chance of getting resurgence items in spectre packs? I have everything I want except for the Batarian soldier so I am not sure if I will pay the extra cash.
No it means that you are paying a premium to have certainity you get one of the new classes or weapons.

Have no rockets or gels left, so I can't even do gold if I wanted to.
So....4 silver wins at 20-30 mins per for one pack.
Yea, I think it's time to not play ME3 no more.
That's a sign that you shouldn't be buying the pack that is least efficient for equipment.

Thanks for pointing that out, an ultra-rare. IE black widow, Javelin, Saber etc.
Is getting an ultra-rare the same chance as in the spectre packs or is it higher with the Resurgence pack?

No it's sign that BW has placed curse on my account so all I get is thermal clips and survival packs no matter which one I buy. Hey good thing I have those at 255/255!
Wut eva, 2 hours per pack for this? This game makes korean grindfest MMOs look fun in comparison.

Seriously. You need consumables, you spam recruit packs. I thought everyone knew that by now.
I only have two new characters, so I'm going to be shooting for this until I get them all. Looking forward to it.
As an aside, people saying they only care about one ultra-rare should reevaluate- Talon, Saber, Paladin and Wraith all got a buff today (ignore the typo saying encumberance increased for the Paladin- they actually decreased it).
EDIT: Fixit, 255 isn't the max. Immaterial, but you should know that.

BioWare seems to forget about the people who aren't playing the game on a daily basis.

The Premium Spectre Pack offered a lot more for the same price (2 rares, higher chance of an ultra-rare). Since the Resurgence Pack only unlocks 1 rare item, it shouldn't cost more than a Spectre Pack.

Have you bought a Resurgence pack yet? I haven't myself (won't be home for ~ an hour), but reading the thread, it seems the problem is a lack of clarity- it seems to come with two rares, one of which is guaranteed to be a new DLC card.

Oh hey I took your advice and guess what 20 recruit packs gave me? 1 rocket, 1 gels, 9 survival packs and 9 thermal clips. I give up man, seriously they put hex on my account period.

$3 million in specter packs "should" get you all of the new items, at X level, and all the chars.
I spent over 3.5 million credits on premium packs, since resurgence content went live. Bear in mind that all my non-resurgence rares were already maxed out. To date, I still lack 3 of the new classes, and my resurgence weapons are only at levels 4, 6, and 8.
Everyone's results will vary wildly with the (somewhat) random loot system. A friend of mine has spent half the credits, and has everything unlocked. Another friend has spent easily as much as I have spent, and has no resurgence characters unlocked. Don't assume that your experience reflects the average.

Also, why wasn't this implemented as soon as the DLC went out? I feel like this pack is way late for the party when Resurgence weapons and characters were prioritze in Spectre and Premium Packs post dlc release.

You're guaranteed a DLC item. PSPs didn't. If you solely want Resurgence items, this pack gets you them far quicker than a PSP would. THAT's why it's 99k. Makes sense to me.

99,000 credits is a bit much. Near as I can tell, the only difference between this and a standard spectre pack is a higher chance of a Resurgence drop. Standard Spectre Packs still have a chance to drop Resurgence items as well. The PSP's had more rares per package, so the higher price tag made sense. This, I don't see much of a motivation for.
If by higher chance, you mean guaranteed.

65k, maybe even 70k, I could get on board with. But Resurgence items aren't that great. Looking past the character unlocks, many of them are downright inferior.
You're also not guaranteed that what you get wont' be a repeat. My Victory Pack had a class I already own.

Sorry, my bad. The point is still pretty much the same. There's still no guarantee that it'll be an item you need, and still a very large chance it will be an item you don't need.
