A Resurgence Rare of some kind. Weapons count too.

I've pretty much gotten a striker on almost every spectre pack I've bought since the expansion, including the 1st resurgence pack I just bought. I'm up to striker VIII.

yeah.. my chance for an "ultra weapon" was the same freaking weapons I kept unlocking with the premium packs from two days ago. Not pleased, Bioware AT ALL.

Right there with ya.  I bought 9 or 10 premium spectre packs after having a great run on the normal spectre packs.  Out of all the premiums I bought, the best thing I got out of it was a batarian sentinel. I got geth pulse rifle 8 times, claymore shotgun four times, almost nothing new.  After the premium pack expired, first normal spectre pack I bought, I got a black widow.  I just suck with the expensive packs.

Took 3 packs, but I finally got the last class I needed, asari justicar. Can only imagine how long it would've taken WITHOUT resurgence packs. No ripoff as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, using real money defeats the purpose.  Earning it is what makes it exciting when you get something cool.

I bought 4 of these today and my experience was:

2 rares every time (3 rares once, see below)
All rares were resurgence related, I got mostly weapons.
1 silver mode upgrade (AR barrel type, aka what I normally see from specter packs)
1 consumable (5 medigel/rockets/etc) though it might have been 3, wasn't paying that much attention to that part.
1 of the new equipment upgrades.
1 of the silver upgrades was a gold Powers Retrain.

So to sum up, each back had 2 blue items, 1 silver, and 2 gold resurgence items.

So, is the chance to pull an N7 black card weapon the same as from a Spectre pack, or greater? Because if the chance is the same, then there's not much point in paying extra 33k credits...

I just opened two and got a Geth infiltraitor and a Geth shotgun, then a geth smg and gps.
I don't geth it.

I had similar results with all my Resurgence Packs. I received at least 2 rares (or better, got another Black Widow card) every time, same drop qulaity as the Premium Spectre, except that I'm guaranteed 1 Resurgence drop that I need.

What's wrong with that??? Everybody needs/wants the Resurgence gear right now and it's the same price as Premium Spectre with the same number of guaranteed rares. The pack was just mislabeled.

Since I only play bronze, 99k feels like a bit too much. But last week I bought 4 premium spectre packs and got a geth engineer, a batarian sentinel and a striker AR (+ a wraith, a talon, a GPS, a falcon...) and if I'm lucky enough to get the geth infiltrator in 2-3 packs I'll be really happy.

already crappy store got a major value cut by adding new consumables and a seriously overpriced special pack. Why is it so hard to understand that when I am out of missiles, I do not WANT melee and targeting crap? In fact, getting them just pisses me off. And please don't tell me to buy veterans: the last 5 gave me 5 missiles altogether and ****loads of ammo and survival packs. Which are incidentally maxed out.

This is getting really old, really fast.

Dont buy it then? Save your credits for something that you want... I'm planning on saving up 9.900.000 credits to spend next time the Premium Spectre Packs are avalible, as there is nothing i want from the others. Perhaps the jumbo equipment packs, but thats about it.

I got a geth engineer, a batarian sentinel, & the krogan battlemaster out of the very first one I bought.
I have no complaints.

+1 batarian soldier
+2 carnifex (at VIII)

and a geth inf in the victory pack

i've got a 22% chance at a batarian sentinel with each res pack i open from here on out. i like those odds.

I quite like these new packs, for the moment!

Before today I just had both Geth flavours, but now I only need (?) the Batty Soldier.

I did get treated to both the Sentinel and the Vanguard in my last pack though! ; )
