I'm not going to say that these balance changes are going to fix everything, but I'm seeing 10 and 15% damage boosts for neglected SMGs and ARs and thinking this is a great step in the right direction. Looking forward to hearing how much of the problem this fixes, and I'm sure the balance team is too.
Also, as much as I love abusing Decoy, it's great that it's seeing a nerf. Really, it is.

Actually, going back and looking at it I think they got it flipped around. It looks like they actually reduced its weight range back to what it was originally. That makes much more sense...

No, read the notes from the last paladin change. They actually reduced its encumbrance. It wasn't an increase.Jake Boone wrote...
They really hit the Paladin hard. Ammo capacity decreased AND an encumbrance increase

Paladin... well, more bullet damage is nice, and unlike it says I do believe the weight actually went down from 1.5 to 1.25 now. But three shots per clip? Hrm, not so nice, even if the small amount of extra spare ammo is nice. Could've at least boosted reload speed though. But in Gold while in a defensive posture I suppose three shots is pretty much all you can stay visible for before having to duck again. Will have to test it in its new form I suppose.
Good to get buffs on many of the underpowered weapons. For Arc Pistol I wish they'd gone all the way down to 1.0-0.5 for the weight, though.
