I don't know the odds of it, but it just happened on my second resurgence pack. I am not recommending people to get resurgence packs for n7 weapons, just stating it is possible.

For those of you trying to get n7 weapons and aren't trying to get the resurgence dlc characters or weapons, I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE TRYING TO GET N7 WEAPONS FROM RESURGENCE PACKS. It is extremely likely the premium spectre packs have equal or higher odds of n7 weapons. I should also say, about 3 million credits in spectre packs will get you all the new weapons maxed out or nearly maxed out if your other rare weapons are already maxed out, so in the long run, spectre packs make more sense than resurgence pack. But if you haven't got your non DLC weapons unlocked, and really really want the new DLC rares, this pack may be a better option.

In my second pack, got cobra missile x5, armor piercing round III, power amp III, saber, and batarian sentinel.
