Who also is now a fan of Jessica Chobot because of it?

Also, speculate on how she was able to get into the game.
I couldn't have gotten into the game, neither could you... so
why her? SPECULATE!

I think it's safe to say that she hates us all now.

I really liked the idea of it, but I thought the implementation was poor. I imagined an actual interview after each 'main' mission (not just the conclusions to Tuchanka and Rannoch) where Shepard could express his thoughts on all that was going on.

Didn't really care for her either way. How she got in the game is simple:

Sexually lick things>Get attention>Use attention to get jobs in game journalism>Use job to get into Mass Effect 3

I honestly didn't see the problem with her. I think people are just jumping on the hate band-wagon.

She wasn't overly annoying and she isn't flirtatious unless Shepard goes down that route, and she provides a whopping great ONE war asset.

Her breasts at least deserve two, surely.

I only invited her to my ship so I could tell her to get the hell off my ship

Yeah, best character in the game. Puts Garrus, Mordin, TIM, Tali and Liara to shame. Voice acting was better than Keith David's.

She was doomed from the start to be a lightning rod for any nerdrage about a less than perfect game. And I mean even if the ending was great.

No Tali face? Blame Chobot.

The Chobes is clearly a qualified and established voice actress whose performance really shapes not only the character or the story, but the player him/herself. Diana Allers is a groundbreaking character who will be remembered for years to come as a cornerstone personality and a hallmark in creativity for Bioware.

Same. I didn't hate her, though the voice acting was lacking, but I didn't get particularly attached. The only time I found the interaction engaging was when she started talking about Bekenstein and how the Reapers just shot it from orbit and when she sends that letter about returning to normalcy. That's when I started to feel real depth from her character.

Yea, I only let her on for one playthrough. My other two I'd rather spend time on MP to get more EMS.

I did love how they wasted resources on her, and her weird metal nips that show through, then spending time making an actually unique Tali reveal or usingEmily Wong/Khalisa.

3rd best character in the trilogy IMO. Just behind Kai-Leng and the Catalyst.

I didn't know she was based off of a real person from IGN until after I'd finished the game. I thought her reporting from the Normandy was a great idea. If it were another reporter, say... Emily Wong, I doubt anyone would have had a problem with it.

No, see if Wong got the shaft, she'd have gotten on the ship.

Run in while she's doing a story, ruin her shot, make her say "Commander" and then leave...
This is known as "Commander Bombing"

Honestly, she didn't add anything to the story other than a couple of interviews and a few war assets. I didn't hate her, but I certainly didn't love her, either. She was kinda just there to me.

...Then she came onto me like a cat in heat. I wanted a restraining order, but I didn't actually have the heart to kick her off the Normandy.
