Luckily this thread also exposes them. I'm pretty sure this rumour started because of trolls in the first place.

There's a lot of people that heard the rumour she survived and believe it to be true, but now (hopefully) know it isn't due to this thread.

There are people who believe it and are going out of their way to prove it (like you, thank you for that), and so far have turned up blanks.

There are people that come in here speculating and missing the point.

And then there's the few that claim she does and so far all of them either tell me to do it myself or disappear when I ask them to click their Youtube history.

I'm convinced this isn't possible.

I just finished a playthrough where I talked to EDI after every mission and helped her jump Joker's fragile bones, while simultaneously ignoring every other character (except Tali, LI).

Tali and Liara popped out of the Normandy.

No, but if people are willing to say she does but not provide any proof then it's up to me to find this. I can't sit back and accept big claims with no proof, and I don't think it's right that this misinformation is being spread around the community, it's doing nothing but hurt it.

If you read the post he quoted you'll see it's the exact opposite. In fact I'm actually dispelling the myth that was caused by people believing some BSN members at face value, it's what the entire threads about.

You don't really understand the concept of a debate do you?  If side A presents a claim, it is side A's responsibility to back that claim up with facts, not the other side.  If side A said the the Moon was made out of cheese it doesn't become side B's job to find Moon rocks and documented eye witness accounts on the composition of the Moon.

On the completely unrelated note - don't you just LOVE how Joker and your LI stand there smiling after just losing the loves of their respective lives? Really shows that great minds think (or don't give a ****) alike

Yeah, I'm not convinced either.
If it means I have to ignore Garrus and Tali to get EDI out of the Destroy ending, it isn't worth it.

That's why I romance Garrus.  Because he can't really smile.  Keeps the illusion that my LI is devastated alive

Techically, I COULD record all of PriorityEarth from the point where I have three squadmates to the point where EDI doesn't come out, but that's gonna be a LONG, LONG video

I think there's a priority listing; I've heard of people who never used Javik having him walk out. I'd guess the best odds of getting her to appear are not having Javik, killing/leaving behind the Virmire Survivor, and not having a romance. Eliminate variables for best results.

There is a bug with Javik which basically sets his relationship flag at highest possible value as soon as you tell him hello
