I went to redeem the victory pack for the resurgence weekend and I got the failed purchase message and then a lost connection message. I logged back into multiplayer and both the victory and free resurgence packs are gone.

Hmm...I suppose they did redeem themselves. Not sure if BOTH did but I have a geth infiltrator in my line up.

Resurgance packs (like a Spectre pack but with a guaranteed Resurgance item rare) are 99,000 creds, as opposed to the free Victory Pack. Not sure if they're supposed to be a one time buy or repeat, though. Might want to find out.

I wouldn't buy the Resurgence pack now. I just threw away 99K and got nothing after attempting to buy it three times.

Yeah the same thing happened to me earlier today with the free victory pack. I tried exiting the game a few times and nothing as well as restarting Origin and still nothing. I didn't notice anything new which had shown I successfully purchased the free pack nor did I notice any loss of credits or XP. I got that same error message 3 times and now the victory pack is gone.
