I have uploaded 4 characters, how do I know if I got my precious ring? I haven't received an email telling me about it.

how do you upload a character? It says log in to this thing but I am logged in to this thing.

Log in to the character creator. Create your character. On the last page is an option to upload your character's portrait. Do so, then wait a while (can be up to an hour or two). Check your Profile->Change Profile Picture to see if the portrait has arrived. If so, you can select it as your portrait here.

Do the Xbox 360 and PS3 users get the ring as well? Even though the character creator is for the PC.

And I read a dev post like 10 minutes ago that says the code that gives you the ring will totally work on consoles.

They've emailed people about the ring, so that's apparently how they're distrubuting it. I haven't received an email yet though. Considering how many people created characters today, they're probably lagged.

There was supposed to be an email. I haven't gotten it. This is my soap box to ask why! If anyone has gotten an email let me know. What does it say? I have not gotten one...

Not really bothered about it to be honest. I'll have far too many rings with all these pre-order bonuses and the Journeys flash game (assuming that stuff works for Origins too). Still got 3 weeks to go before game release, I'm sure you'll get it within that time frame.

Relax folks. There likely is a backlog of emails to go out, it'll come - also, make sure you check your spam filters etc.



The ring itself is not tied to a code. It is added to the account you use here on social (or more correctly, what account you used to upload your character to social with).



Log into DA:O with that account and it'll be there waiting for you.
