So guys, it's time for lots of speculation. Let's talk about one of the most hated parts of the ending. Throughout the Mass Effect Trilogy, we have visited many planets and read about many others. I'm curious if anyone has found a planet description in the game that matches the planet that we saw the Normandy crash on. I'm speculatin' and headcannonin' here, but I think it might be Eden Prime. In the very beginning of Mass Effect 1, when you are talking to Nihlus and Anderson, Eden Prime is described as a paradise. The end scene was clearly meant to represent some sort of "paradise" planet. Eden Prime is a lush jungle planet with life. Do you think Bioware went full circle, starting and ending the trilogy on Eden Prime? Do any of the descriptions of other planets match what we saw at the end of the game? Thoughts?
What Planet Do You Think the Normandy Landed On?

Many people, I think, believe they landed on Zorya. I think they landed on a remote paradise planet that has not been discovered yet.

Well, it kind of reminded me of Aeia 2185, the planet you land on for Jacob's loyalty mission in ME2

Dude, it is totally Alpha Centauri. Everyone knows that Alpha Centauri is where your ships go when you escape Earth in a space travel victory.

A terraformed moon of Jupiter. Screw the impossibility of the Alliance making such dramatic changes in just 100 yrs. I want my crew to be close enough to be rescued dammit! Shep deserves to be with his LI.

I'll stick to Planet Contrivance until Bioware kills this scene with fire.
