Disagree. The badass women in fantasy quite often use their femininity to get what they want. Anora, for example, though she may not fight, but she has alot of power, and is described as using her big eyes to get whatever she wants
The thing is I don't view her as being or even trying to be a bad-ass. Yes she can fight and has no problem getting dirty but in terms of attitude and character she's not even trying where as most other female characters in Bioware games usually do/are with the exception of when going through the romance dialouge. At least that's what I see out of her personally.
