I've checked many, many times to ensure the "Upload Gameplay Feedback" option is set to "On" before playing multiplayer during weekend events. Not once has the game granted me a Commendation Pack (or Reserves Pack, for this weekend). I've had to contact EA customer support each time, and it's getting pretty frustrating.
Not sure if it matters, but I created my BSN account before my Origin account; they're both under the same email address. The BSN account is to be associated to the Origin account though, according to my registered game content page.
Is there any way to tell if this is an account- or gameplay-related issue?

I just contacted the Customer Support for my Commendation pack (again after every event). I asked them if there is something on my end that prevented me to upload feedback even when i have it set to ON, the guy wasn't much of a help because he told me to turn it on. I checked my firewall and it seems fine, unless there is some exe that i need to let through that does all the gameplay feedback stuff.
