Something very weird has just occured to me. I had finished Firebase White, Cerberus and completed the map with a partial extraction, saw the scoreboard, and even made it back to the lobby with the same people still there...
...however, I noticed my credits were still only at 1600. I did not get the 71xxx from finishing White, nor did I get the XP either as my character was still lvl 18. So I exited multiplayer and tried again, no change.
I exited the game back to desktop and restarted, now my DLC characters are gone, my credits are still 1600, but my missing XP was given back(character is lvl 19 now).
Back to desktop again, this time closing Origin and restarting...everything is back to normal expect the missing credits.
If this happens to you, apparently restarting Origin will fix it...but you might not get back missing credits like me.
lost Resurgence characters and XP/credits?

The same thing happened to me except it was the victory pack that disappeared. I just tried your suggestion in restarting Origin but nothing happened. Unlike your unfortunate situation, I did not notice any loss of credits or XP. I also did not notice anything new in my inventory or character selection that would indicate I actually purchased the victory pack. I also did not finish a battle when this happened, I tried it when I first launched the game and got that error message 3 times. Not sure if this is at all what you're referring to but it seems to be happening to a lot of people in a variety of ways
