Im looking for a way to survive the "final" encounter between the elven sorcerer and the "whitefang" spirit . . . Up untill now I have 2 saves . .  One siding with the "wolves" and one with the elf . .  And I get my ass kicked no matter who I help . . 

Advice anybody ?

Focus on the big boss. Turn down the difficulty.

That "turn down the difficulty" thing irks me . Sounds like an "I win " button (no offence)



By Boss you mean Whitefang and / or the elf ?

Turning down the difficulty isn't so bad, really. In my opinion it's way better to turn it down and have a fight feeling "natural"; than to play on a high difficulty level and end up cheesing encounters, taking advantage of the AI behaving a certain way, archers not following you into another room, etc.
