Does anyone know how what level you have to be to get the Warden commander armor and Asturian's Might at their maximum tier?  It seems to lag far behidn the equipment I'm getting in the normal campaign quests. I completed the Keep while swinging a silverite axe around and ended up with a steel sword and red steel armor... and using the vendor trick I was able to immediately upgrade them to Silverite... for a price. Since that seems to be the only way to upgrade them in the PC version, I was stuck. Pretty much everyone in my party can use SIlverite at that point, why should the armor and sword lag so far behind?

I don't suppose there is a mod out there that just saets the tiers to maximum? I wouldn't mind not being able to use the equipment right away at low level, or facing a tougher Commander in dragonbone armor, rather than having to sell it and buy it back at a higher price later.
