After speaking to the Rannoch reaper ("Harbinger speaks of you"), I had this weird mental image of Harby having a bit of a breakdown.

Seriously though, I was expecting to see/ hear him, especially when I found out that his voice actor supplied various other voices in game.

More Harby. ME3 just isn't the same without him.

I really want to know whose idea it was to turn Harbinger into a non-entity during ME3.

The writers of ME3 already hurt ME2 enough by changing the purpose of the human reaper at the end (read: it doesn't make much sense now), but they also had to nerf the main villain from that game?

Harbinger was an awesome villain. WTF, Bioware?

ANY Harbinger would be welcome. Or some interaction with a Sovreign class Reaper. Or just, you know, the ending to have something to do with the Reapers.

They were a pretty big deal, after all.

Definitely support this. We need to actually interact with Shpard's nemesis from ME2. Even if it's just a conversation.

Less Space Magic-wielding Space Wizard Kid and instead more Harbinger. I'd even pay for that.

I'd like to hear more from Harbinger. There was a severe lack of anyone labeling me insignificant or promising to show me true power.

At the end of Arrival, Harbinger appears and in effect shakes his fist ineffectively at you while exclaiming "DDOOOOOOHHHH!!!"

I do miss his particular brand of moustache-twirling villainy though.

I miss having a villain worty of the name, full stop.

*sigh*  Reapers, from ancient, inscrutable evil, hounding Shepard from beyond the borders of the galaxy fo nothing more than giant space cuttlefish... such a waste.

harbinger was quite possibly the dumbest, corniest antagonist i've ever seen. how are we supposed to take a villain seriously who does nothing but makes threats that never come true? "MY ATTACKS WILL TEAR YOU APART" -- right.. so you keep saying. Yet i'm playing on insanity and your whack ass is dead in 5 seconds every time. I have more trouble with scions and husk swarms than i do you, harby.

Overall he was written and presented very poorly. Nothing ever happened that commanded my respect or made him seem like a real threat. Most the time i didn't even pay attention to him. I remember the first time i finished ME2 and i thought to myself "wait... so who was the damn bad guy.. where was Saren 2.0? Oh.. that harbinger person that kept talking to me? LOL!"

but i digress, 100% improvement in ME3 imo.

You know its interesting to note that back in the ME2 days I believe most people for the most part never really favoured Harbinger as he talked a lot. It was probably one of the contributing factors to why he has a reduced role in ME3.
But that said, I would like to see him in his full Reaper glory in ME3 or though I'm not sure what Bioware could do with him, having a boss battle with him and Shepard would look a tad bit ridiculous. But having the Normandy going toe to toe with Harbinger would be very interesting to see especially if you could some how control the Normandy during this segment.

I'll do my best to keep this thread bumped, the ending lacked nothing as much as not having Harbinger at any point

*shrugs* Makes just as much sense as the ending we got. :(
