I knew he had it in him. He was controlling Collectors from dark space, for God's sake. And even they were reasonably tough!

He should have at least one line as he descends, perhaps something about Shepard's companions unevadible death while they look at what they can't reach or he could redicule a notion that the Reapers would allow puny organics to get to that beam. Or he could say that he is going to shoot every human in sight like pyjaks (because what Harbinger does is awfully similar to what Shepard could do to space monkeys on Tuchanka in the second game).
