How do I play SP ME3 without connecting to these useless ea servers I'm always connecting to. (I really don't play MP anymore, not since back with "Earth & Beyond") but apparently I can't play because the DLCs need to be authorised every single time?! I can't load a game because I get a "missing 'from ashes' dlc" error.

Until they update Origin to allow users to set it to Go Offline and remain that way between game sessions, this is what you can do to make sure that Origin won't connect automatically without your permission:
Set Origin.exe as a blocked application in your firewall. You're still looking at a bit of a delay until the game actually starts up, though, since it's going to *try* to connect to the EA servers, but it won't.
ETA: I also added OriginClientService.exe to the Blocked list and it hasn't given me any problems yet either, but I don't know if that makes any difference at all.
