Raptor, Commendation, and EA Help.

I would like to relate my incident for the topic, pertaining to Operation: Raptor.

I've had to go through Origin/EA Help thrice before the Commendation Pack successfully surfaced in the store. The first time the CS (Customer Service) said that engineers are working on the known issue, and a fix is in place, well after the stickied topic here that a fix had already rolled out and the packs were granted.

The second, I provided my ORIGIN tied email address as requested, and was told to wait 24 hours before it would show up. I promptly checked under my registered game content, only to realise that it was updated with the reward beyond the redemption date - and for the Xbox 360. CS asked for my ORIGIN email. That should be indication enough that I'm on the PC.

Third time, the CS asked for my game's serial number, which I did not provide on grounds of a safety concern. After which, he prompted that it is okay, and compromised with me when I mentioned that my origin email should be sufficient, as his colleagues before only had that to go on and managed to update my account with the pack, albeit the wrong one. He could probably pull out the info from my email anyway, but I feel it's just bad form to ask for the serial in the first place.

So after that third time, my issue is solved and closed. My Commendation Pack surfaced, and I successfully redeemed it. I find that there's a larger issue though.

I don't expect to be treated more special than other customers, I just wish everyone had a reasonable resolution in a timely manner and got their packs. But how many of you still don't? I don't expect my fellow players who have still not gotten it to do as I have; no one wants to have to go through EA Help thrice. 

As an end-user of course I'm biased - I just want everyone to enjoy their game, and enjoy their rewards for their participation. Issues like these take away from the enjoyment, and I feel sad for those still without the packs, even after trying out EA Help.

Is there some sort of assurance that this would not happen to me and like players again? It's happened to me on Goliath, and it's happened to me Raptor. Am I to expect doing this again and again every time a Commendation Pack comes up as a weekend challenge's reward? What is being done to improve the system of granting these packs?
