Hi everyone,

Looking for a little bit of help,

Last night I tried to buy a couple of the new resurgence packs but basically it timed out and I was given an error message,

I checked my PSN account and the funds had been taken,

Normally if you log out and back in the packs appear but not this time,

I'm struggling to understand who I contact, can anyone put me in the right direction?

Thanks

Just read all the other updates on the same topic so now going to add my complaints to the many others that this has happened to by contacting EA support (why do I feel I'll be wasting my time) !!!

What do you mean "Resurgence packs" with a link to the Operation? Unless you posted in the wrong spot, PS3 users don't get to take part in the promotion. Do you mean you bought Spectre packs?

If so, did you check in your weapons and characters to see if there was anything labelled "New"? I bought a Spectre pack yesterday and it said it failed to load so I restarted my PS3. My credits were gone for the Spectre pack, but the gear, weapons and character I got in the pack were put in my inventory, I just had to look for them and they were all flashing "New".

If that doesn't help, I guess just contact EA support but with all the other problems with the game I doubt they will be able to help you much.  Sorry if there is no help in this post.

Last night they had these Resurgence packs but I believe they pulled them after issues, they were 99000 coins or 2.39, bit like the advanced Spectre packs,

Any looks like I have something sorted Sony are looking into the case as EA just passed the buck !!!

The stickied post at the top of the forums say to contact EA customer support.

You'll have to log into Origin to access EA Customer Support functions, such as live chat. You'll get a case # and ticket showing your issue. This problem has been acknowledged and is being worked on, which is why they pulled the Resurgence Pack form the multiplayer Store.

As reference, I followed the instructions of the sticky post, and contacted EA customer support with an email request. I referenced the sticky post made by Bioware, gave my PSN name, the amount and time, and the order numbers. They replied back to me that I needed to go download the Resurgence DLC (which I downloaded a week ago and have already unlocked things from). So for anyone who contacts in the future, it might be worth stating that you already possess the DLC, otherwise they might just offer you the same, inaccurate response.

My friend tried the same earlier but she selected a chat response. Her customer support person told her that they couldn't help with non-Origin purchases, and said she needed to talk to Sony.

It doesn't look promising that although Bioware is aware of this situation and directing us to EA, that EA isn't responding as though they have any knowledge/familiarity with this issue. I sent another customer support email, but at this point, I'm doing it more so they are aware that there are ongoing PS3 issues that need to be addressed, more than any hope that I'll get money back.

ETA:  EA  responded, sounding a bit more like they comprehended the issue.   They apologized and said they had no updates on the order but would look into things further.
