All I have to do is cut off the pinkies fromm the snake and it will starve and lose weight. Lawyers cost alot for EA,rental cars, hotels, food, perdeim.  I have a 0 credit rating I dont care and have nothing, they will fly to meet each state to comply and explain them selves and find they dont and get injuntions and what not and the money will flow like blood. EA will cut the checks and  bad PR will build with little 13 joey mommy who found out that her son spent 100 bucks on packs to get a spin on the EA win. So now come the charge backs from all the mothers and the fathers who discover these charges.

More bad PR will flow and  more cash will spill in to the streets to cover up the bad PR.

Then I will find some thing else take apart next.

Well First I'm not entirely sure snakes have pinkies

Second we are upset at the ending, how this jumps into gambling or why is beyond me.

pinkies are baby mice you feed snakes for food they dont have fur yet and there eyes are not open yet

you are being a little unrealistic. who are you to make such assumptions? no one person can see into the future, but I doubt that the gambling commission would bother with a mere videogame when there are more important things like Las Vegas to regulate.

Now you know why they hung up on me I have about three pages

Passed it up the chain. Cheers for the heads up.

Really needs a thread of it's own.

http://www.gamblingc...uk/default.aspx

As it applies in the UK if anyone wants to check it out.

First the FTC and the BBB and now the gambling commission?! LOL And people wonder why the articles call some immature and whiny.

If you're going to report ME3/Bioware to them, you might want to report the whole slew of other games that does this exact thing. Like the multitude of phone games and such.

However, when you pay for the packs you get stuff. So it's not like you're putting money in and getting nothing in return. So this is just hillarious.

I guess you did not read the US laws close enough and how it is played and the way it is played I can tell where you hale from.

So I assume you're going to report the Madden franchise and the NCAA franchise, and all these other franchises where you can do the same thing to the gambling commission as well? There's some Zynga games that do the same thing too. Gonna report them? Are you just going to report every little thing you've ever seen in your life that doesn't meet with what YOU want, because I have to say... that's going to be a hell of a lot of reporting.

Random packs are random. It's not gambling. It's not throwing money away. You can easily earn enough in game credits to buy all the packs you could ever want. If you pay real money for them, that's YOUR fault.

Life's hard. Wear a helmet.

It is not my money I dont care how I spend their money and how much I cost them companies have to be responible for their bad games.

This was the key that fit the lock to the door to cause them the greef that has caused me and the other players greef,I have a long list of cow pies.

you knnow if your going to ****** off the players you should cross all the "T's" and dot all the "I's"  or it will come back to bite you.

If I am upset at someone for not mowing their lawn, I don't call animal control about their dogs cause it's not going to get the lawn mowed...

And your gambling thing, really, is going to go no where.

sorry the gaming commision is in each state and governs electronic gaming when it come to gambling how ever small when it involves credit cards debit cards and cash converted to points then spent.

then there is the ferderal law that oversees all 50 states

It's a thin linguistic distinction. Adding is chaging cause a single line of dialogue could change the meaning of a whole story. Saying they won't "change" is just PR talk to make it look like they didn't cave, but in reality they did, thankfully.

I have no idea what he's talking about.  I think he's talking about using the government's money to sue EA or BioWare.  I think he spent money on the product but I can't tell.

No you would call the "code enforcment" for the lawn and if they bury their pet you would call SPCA and the police for the "unlawful burial of a domestic animal" that is now criminal act in a lot of states

If a person vehicle car shadows the sidewalk then you call the city and get them an 85 dollar ticket obstucking the sidewalk.

if they feed feral cats that is a safety hazard and you can get a ticket up to 400 bucks andhave your own pets taken away as well

I now make it my living to really make life he** for people I grow to hate.

I have paid enough for games that dont work that I cant return for one reason or another.

There going to spend money in apperances any way and sending people to answer the complains in each state.

if it costs the 5k per state that is about 20k  and if each company has to answer then that is even better it will cost them more.

it is not revenge it is the idea they should not crap on game buyers

... I honest to god don't have a clue what the hell you're talking about anymore. You're reporting BioWare to the gambling trade commission because they didn't patch the 360 version of the game? What?

I 100% agree with this.  By all means play multi-player, but only pick up the packs when you've stored up enough credits from playing.

The problem is in offering them in the first place. It's not a purchase like money for item. It's more like purchase for chance of item. Which is why gambling was brought up.

It's shady and should require on online gaming license as well as numerous warnings.

I think you missed my point when a big company will not listen you have to get its attention. You cant throw stone through the windows because your mad at them.

You can seek other methods to pee in their corn flakes and sour the milk. They want to lie you just turn around and find a weakness and a flaw in their method.

See it is too late now when you go before the gaming commision they are going to want to see all kinds of things accounting, accounting systems attached to the servers there are going to look at every thing.

It is easy to get the ball rolling, its called dropping a dime on someone.

Untill people can show me 3,5 million units sold , that was the target for ME3 .
It wasn't a vocal minority that was unhappy with the ending .

Unless people have more positive youtube video's about how much they love the ending .
Aside from one clown ranting against retake ...

It still isn't a vocal minority , I do not see many Bloq say WOW WOW I LOVE ME3 ending and explain why they love it .

So untill all social medium opnion shows a bit of green light , you can bet it is not a small vocal minority .

Anybody taken PR or Communication lessons would have already accepted that .

no you did not see what I talk to the gaming commision about in the fist place.

I am upset about the patches, the cheating for credits that still continues, the people the get rooked not knowing about the random number generator and so on.

The stuff I have lost from my inventory.and so on and so and so on

last is the ending

it just came out here that all.

I hear about kid spent 1600 points cards for something they think their going to get only not to get it., I have kids my self they are older. Then i think of the kids who have to face there parents when they get caught after spenting about 100 bucks. I dont have credit cards so I dont have to worry

for what  a spinn at the EA wheel

Only 3 of you PM ed  for the contents of the converstaion I know part of you are EA and Bioware employees so dont deny it.

Is this all about buying the MP packs with real money?  EA shut down how many servers that used the online pass?  Some about a year after release.  I'd be more angry that I paid $10 for a pass that is worthless 6 months later.

You want to know what I think, I think that these forums have been spammed so much with hate and anti-bioware post that non of it matters anymore. These post have successfully desensitized me out of giving a crap about the endings, now I pay attention to the rest of the game and see that it's really good. All the post, videos, and articles all keep saying the same points with no differentiating or unique qualities to them, and all have become indistinguishable to me, at least with the endings they're color coordinated so I can tell them apart.

That is why I'm glad your post was different, thank you.

So wait, are you saying people have stopped buying Mass Effect 3 and that everyone has the game has finished it?  Man it's shocking to see these threads keep popping up considering there will be players finishing the game everyday...
