I love how Pro enders count.

Sure the polls tell us that in EVER SINGLE INSTANCE where people voted about Mass Effect 3's ending, the majority didn't like it. That doesn't prove that the majority liked it or didn't like it.


So why do they always ASSUME that if you didn't vote one way or another, they automatically loved it?

I am not tying to claim or get anything here the best way to beat someone is to take a part the structure they have built and the foundation from which they built it on.

All I have to do is prove to the federal gaming commision that they are in violation I have done that. I have also opened complains in muliple states and the more eyes that look at the issue the bigger the issue gets.

All I have to do is cut off the pinkies fromm the snake and it will starve and lose weight. Lawyers cost alot for EA,rental cars, hotels, food, perdeim.  I have a 0 credit rating I dont care and have nothing, they will fly to meet each state to comply and explain them selves and find they dont and get injuntions and what not and the money will flow like blood. EA will cut the checks and  bad PR will build with little 13 joey mommy who found out that her son spent 100 bucks on packs to get a spin on the EA win. So now come the charge backs from all the mothers and the fathers who discover these charges.

More bad PR will flow and  more cash will spill in to the streets to cover up the bad PR.

Then I will find some thing else take apart next.      

The fact that you are so adamant about trying to ruin Bioware/EA with your RIDICULOUS claims and you will stop at nothing..and the fact that you have no proof to back up your claims..makes this even more ridiculous.

And I'm pretty sure that whatever you submitted to the commission was laughed at and thrown away. You have no case. Simple as that.

I am going to put it to you very simple today I am sure a few of you have taken my posts and will use it try kill the 5 complaints claiming they were all baised on acts of revenge, you may remove one or two but not all. I will call a few more making the same claims pointing out the same issues.

There are 50 states and I have nothing but time and four time zones.

Fact you will spend more to chase these complaints down and kill them rather then patch the credit exploits, or game squaters.

fact reporting users does nothing, for that to happen someone has to care it is all about the dollar

He is not even attacking what he had a problem with. He is desperate to find something else to complain about. It is like all those people who say " I will never buy another EA/BioWare produbt but I will stick around to **** and moan about everything. I will twist and contort every statment and action to fit my own displeasure"

Misery loves company. They want people to be unhappy with them. They only accept those that are unhappy like they are and anyone that does not subscibe to their sentiments are paid off, shills, drone, fanboys, dismiss their opnions, etc etc etc....

Bioware is based in Canada and I can tell you the gaming or alcohol and gaming commision here is not going to give a complaint like that two thoughts. I highly doubt any of the states will as well.

However if you want to completely waist hours upon hours on this then fill yer boots.

No I am not desprate I am pissed off and burned, my goal is just to cost you money. I am pulling the plans on the new location in Austin, TX, they are public record. I am sure I can find some code violations and continue to send the city and code enforcement over to the new offices and it is just a phone call away. I dont even have to be in that state. New buildings always have problems.

I am sure they will get tired of seeing code enforcement as well,

Then you have the employee vehicles they will be on the sky shots soon with bing and google and other sat shots I can grab plates and discriptions and report them for violations as well.

The problem with your assertion that the mutiplayer packs are gambling/lottery, is that you are trying to make the case that you have only have a "chance of winning", and on equal measures, you have a chance to lose. This is quite clearly not the case - you are purchasing a pack of items, the number of which being clearly defined. Certainly, you might get better items some times, and worse items on others, but you are always given the exact same number of items. It's not gambling in the sense that there is no loser in the transaction.
In the same way, packs of trading cards, collectable toy series where you don't know what you're getting, bonus prizes inside your kinder surprise eggs, all with a 'chance' of getting a rare item - these are not gambling either, because you will never come away with nothing (except in the case of a manufacturing fault, or in ME, a bug).
Your case is, quite honestly, laughable. What you are doing ("making life hell for people I hate") is nothing more than spite, and that's a really unhealthy attitude to have. You might find life a lot more enjoyable if you spend time doing things that have a more immediate, positive payoff of happiness.

How does a 9 dollar game in trade resolve a 59 defect lose or not fixing the last two 59 dollar games.

Well I wouldn't call him a whiny entitled son of a gun, I would call his tactics bat*&# crazy...  Actually you may be right.  I honestly can't follow him.  If his problem is with the MP packs then yes he is a whiny entitled son of a gun. Buying MP DLC is nothing new and is just a quicker way to the top in most cases.  Like those mountain dew/ modern warfare packs.  Let's drink our way to obesity while taking a short cut to the top.

you missed the fact I dont have any thing in the fist place noting......

I am so glad that EA / Boiware takes pleasure in scr.... over the public out of the little money they get and when they spend it on the game they have no refund options.

you say in support to go to the forum and then you beat down the customer here with crap by calling it whining and tell them not to call support or use chat....

I have not yet begun.... a person with nothing to lose can go on for ever. as long as I dont approach any place EA or Bioware owns I am fine. 

That is not possible I am to far away. you can not get blood from a stone I have no more attactable income large compies took that with greed and a bad accident on there part and cover ups.

So like I said I dont care I have nothing to lose. 

Your leagal department has been reading this as well today of that I am sure of. to figure out my intent. I have already cost you well over 300 bucks today in employee time and if you add up that of the leagal departments time I am sure it is more. lets not forget the copy and paste forward to whom ever it needed to go to an other person as well to disrupt their day and ****** them off.   

After all It has all of you pretty pissed off righ now defending Bioware and EA and you have shown your hand and who you are
