Billed twice for points purchases?

Hi there,

After purchasing some BioWare points around a week ago, I got the points and was billed as normal.

However today I have been billed for them again, but I did not order any and I have not recieved any points.

I am wondering how I would go about having this looked into? I can't find any help through the origin/EA help topics.
