 Over the past few days my Mass Effect 3 not worked online. Every time I begin the game it stops at Connecting to EA servers and wont pass that point.

The game works fine off-line, but it simply will not let me into the game.

Please help

I have been having the same problem. It will not go past saying that it is communicating with ea servers.

Funny thing is I didn't have this problem till today. It had worked for me yesterday now it is locking up at the 'connecting to EA Servers' screen.

Still cannot connect.... so should I just continue to remain calm, or should I do like the other rabid fanboys and demand my money back ^what I paid for the N7 Collector's Edition as well as 'multiplayer' packs I spent hard earn MS Points on*?

Delete the free multi-player dlc.I did this and a few others and now all is working great.there is something wrong with the free dlc that is causing this issue.

I'm having this problem as well. Went through all the steps (opened ports on my router for Xbox LIVE and EA, cleared cache, deleted DLC, tried to manually connect through the menu) and nothing works.

Are we just waiting for another patch, or what's the deal? This clearly isn't an isolated issue.

Same with me, did every "fix" they suggested and nothing worked. Then they tried to tell me to contact Xbox live even though it's ea.

It's something with EA not you're xbox's I had the same issue until I deleted that free multi-player dlc and cleared my cache.I believe it's called the regenisis pack or something like that.

I deleted the multiplayer dlc and cleared cache, didn't work for me unfortunately.

Been over 2 weeks now and I still can't get past the title screen. Uninstalled game, deleted cache, deleted DLC, removed saved files, switched discs, nothing works. Strange thing is I have an alternate profile, activated 2 day Xbox Live Gold pass, game works great on other profile. To bad all my Mass Effect 1 and 2 saves are on original profile.

Can't connect to server either (xbox) have deleted DLC, cleared cache and still no joy. Pretty disenchanted with Bioware and EA at the moment.

Same here. Started tonight, yesterday was working just fine. The "Connecting to EA servers" message comes up and stays there no matter how long I let it try to connect. Tried on a different console as well, same thing.

I'll add my voice to this, as this just happened to me as well. And earlier, I got locked out of my PC version by Origin telling me I needed to purchase an Online Pass. Not a great day for me and my Mass Effects.

 Alright having the "Connecting to EA servers" issue where it doesn't go past that screen. I see people here reporting the issue but no response on how to resolve it. Someone help a guy out here! Clearly it isn't a server issue as I can check my Galaxy At War both here and on the ME3 Datapad app, so what is the problem, how do I fix it, and when can we expect EA/BioWare to have a permanent fix for it?

It all started last night when pc players had online pass issues whatever they did screwd us up to.

Only just noticed it but it was working last night.
