Other indoctrination questions

Was that Hanar (in Kasumi quest on the Citadel) indoctrinated or just a "Big stupid jellyfish"?

Was Donel Uldina indoctrinated or just a greedy power hungry idiot?

Yes, the Hanar was indoctrinated.

Udina, I'm not sure. He has never be exposed to reaper tech, and he has been on the Citadel all the time.

The Hanar was indoctrinated, thats for sure.

Udina was just scared. Earth is being destroyed, Humanity is being wiped out, the Council is doing nothing to help him, and Shepard is off trying to build some ancient super weapon. Cerberus comes along and offers him a way to save humanity NOW, so he takes it. Desperate times change people.

Now that you put it that way, I regret shooting Uldina. Damn. Sure he was annoying and sure he made the wrong call with Cerberus. Maybe he was just scared. Would we have done the same? Perhaps we should give poor Uldina the benefit of the doubt.

Udina was betrayed by Cerberus. He should better use Eclipse (it was supposed to be a bloodless Coup D'etat). They have no goals except money so they wouldn't begin massacring people.
And that suspicious Salarian Council. He also ruined his plan.
