Went here right out of the gate, and I've been playing the game on Nightmare trying to use as few potions as possible. I could make it to the final leg of the battle (vs. the Master Scout and his cronies), and at this point I had to cave and let each party member chug 1 Lesser Health Poultice.
This was the best I could do, and it took me three tries. It was pretty awesome.
