What always puts me in a good mood is when I play as an AA against cerberus on gold and team up with an infiltrator. I stasis all those pesky phantoms and he/she blows their heads right off. Awesome!

Also, simply this: Player X [Weapon/Power Y] Phantom

Every. Single. Time.

I love it when you tried you up most best to support the team, revived, healed, taken the heat, done the objectives, supported those doing them, and you still find yourself the last man standing as everyone ran off to Rambo the Banshees.. Then all you are left with in coming death from all directions, your hauled up fighting a losing battle big units closing in on your position, its wave 10 and your like OMG, I dont have enough Cobra's left to handle this situation! but somehow some way you manage to pull off a save.......... even if it takes 5 mins to drop every thing, I did this on my Sentinel the other day!. This is when I like yeah man that was hard out.

Wanted to share. With Operation Savage in full swing and no splash screen for PS3, it has been very hard to find all-savage rooms to complete the squad goal. So, I have been trying to make myself very visible in all the PS3 savage threads so we can all gather together and secure our commendation packs.

Lots of folks are simply soloing bronze and that's the advice they give everyone else. But not everyone is good enough to solo bronze. One poor fellow has tried since last night to find a bronze room with all-savage characters... with no luck. I messaged him here on the forums and said I'd be happy to carry him. We just hooked up, two krogan in a bronze private match, and we just killed us a bunch of Reapers at Jade and secured a commendation pack for him. Image IPB

Felt good, man. Felt real good. Also because I am not exactly a super-elite player by any stretch of the imagination... but I can solo bronze as needed with a Krogan Vanguard and Reegar (nigh unkillable combination). So, having an extra person is just a major bonus for killing enemies, plus helps a brother or sister out. Feels awesome to be considered one of the "veterans" now and helping the bronze folks this weekend!

*Kroguard headbutts for all* Mwraaaa-hahahaa!!!

Awww, thanks!

Now, once my husband gets home from work, I'll get to do the same for him. Hee hee! This weekend was MADE for him since he doesn't play anything else but his Krogan Soldier.

Lashing and Smashing enemies into bits, or sending them flying off into the horizon with my lash always puts me in a good mood.

Like the time I lashed a Phantom and threw her off the upper level of Firebase Jade. She landed above the one pool, tried to use her rocket boots to save herself, hovered for a minute. And then when they crapped out. Died on impact.

Others, I threw them to a nice refreshing painful bath.

On Firebase Giant, I lashed a Guardian and threw him near the one complex in the back. He flew off and smacked face first into the rock in the terrain outside the map. Literally face planted.

Occasionally, my lashings result in the enemy models stretching.

But probably the best one was with my Geth Engineer and my Mantis X on Firebase Giant on a gold game. It was during an eliminate targets mission against Cerberus, my friends were down on the lower portion of the map while I was nested up above.

I spotted the final target, a Combat Engineer, as he was running across that one beam they spawn on, stunned him with shock and sniped him. He fell and fell off the side of the map. Everyone saw his marker just keep going and going and going until my name with the kill popped up and the objective finished.

I'm not a very good sniper, but man that was a really good one.

I too love it when everyone plays well together without having to speak. When you just know your team will have your back.  I love to freeze someone and then someone does the rest, moving on to the next. I'm not a very good player but I try and I'm really a bad krogan (you'd all laugh if you saw me, just look for the pretty big blue beast with a high voice). Anyway, I play on the PC and am finding it hard to get in a group for my single goal, in bronze. Any helpful hints? Image IPB

Only did one match for Savage yet, with a team consisting of all three Krogan types (I was the Sentinel), and a Vorcha. Although the Geth were actually slaughtered (yes it was Gold! on Glacier even!), NONE of the other players answered my headbutting...

I'll be honest.  When I first started playing - and a Krogan headbutted me - I thought "What?!  What the heck did I do wrong? What a jerk."  It wasn't until a couple of my friends started headbutting each other, and they explained the joy of the Krogan headbutt that I understood.  Image IPB

I'd say check out a couple groups around here like Bonze Effect. They've got some really cool people who would probably be more than happy to help you out with getting a group together to get that goal done. You can find a link to the group in sevral members sigs in this thread. You should have no problem finding a good group to play with, and no one there is gonna give you a hard time if you're not a great player.

If you want, you can add me as well. origin ID is Cutter73. I'd be happy to load up my Krogan soldier for a Bronze run to help you out.

All of a sudden I feel bad, I often try to aim for 1st place in the scoreboards. Although I like to think I counter this with reviving everyone I can, all the time, I kinda go lone wolf a lot.

Time for a change!

Personally, I make it a point to always say, "thanks" or "thank you", whenever I get cover, protection, revived, and/or saved from getting my butt kicked by (an) enemy(s) that just about to hand me mine.
It's rare to find players who know how to play as a team.  Explains why my friends list is short.  Heh. Image IPB

Indeed.  I've met plenty of great people through that group.  In regards to the Krogan; there may have been a time or two when I may have accidently done a biotic rush into a very large group of enemies. Image IPB

The trick for me is to always keep moving.  I usually play silver now (but I'll help you with a Bronze run if you want) and the constantly moving thing has kept me alive more than once when I had to solo a wave.
