You know what really rocks? When a Justicar puts a bubble up, a Geth places a turret specced for shield restore, right beside me and a Volus boosts my shields. All at the same time when doing a hack the 4 objects objective. Never seen it happen but I would seriously get a teamwork hard on if that happened.
That would be awesome!
I still love the one match where my Turian Ghost was disabling the devices. I'd run up, cloak, and start disabling. The Volus on our team would shadow me, shield boost me, then light melee to cloak himself, so we'd both be there invisible. It was great because he didn't draw any aggro to me because he was cloaked, too, and he kept me contantly shield boosted in between devices.

That put me in a good mood. Despite all the crying and moaning here, good PUGs exist, and they're not that rare. All my hi-fives to my teammates.

On the one hand, I am truly proud of myself for improving to the point that I can fairly consistantly clutch Gold waves, even the latter ones (gives me hope for my eventual first Gold solo). Both of my PUG Gold matches tonight would have failed had I not been in them.
The first was Reapers/Rio and somehow the Krogan Sentinel and Paladin managed to get Banshee-grabbed early on each wave, leaving me and the Volus alone. Inevitably, the Volus would end up going down, and I'd go into a mental "solo zone" and clutch it. Did this starting Wave 5 and basically carried the whole team on my back to a full extraction.
I left afterwards because I really wanted to find a competent group, rather than carry people. My search put me in Reapers/Hazard Reactor. Straight off the bat, the Drell Adapt was leeching. I literally stood there watching his character slowly move in circles, obviously rubberbands on the controller joysticks. He only ever came to life if the match looked in jeopardy, and he was still poor even as just a simple decoy. The Demolisher rage quit or got disconnected halfway through, leaving me and yet another Volus by ourselves. We two-manned it, but the Volus inevitably went down with enemies right on our tails, so a revive would not have been the smart move. On Wave 9, a Turian Havoc joined and made the load less of a burden for me up to extraction.
So, two successful Gold matches, technically. And I was proud that I made it through both and basically carried, something I could not reliably do before.
On the other hand, I'm not sure this is making me a good team player when in PUG matches. I am finding myself drifting further away from the team when things get heated and overrun, retreating back a distance to pick off enemies at the flank and to be in a better position to solo the wave if I need to.
So conflicted. Good mood or no good mood?

It's been a while since I played some MP seriously other then just popping in quickly for the last weekend event. Been too busy playing through the trillogy and lesser games.
All those rockets must miss my pretty face.

That's okay, I've been getting twice as many rockets in my face, so now I know where the surplus originates!
I can relate. Been playing the first game a lot lately.
As far as what puts me in a good mood? Playing a Silver PUG and see a Paladin run up and plant his shield in front of me as I deactivate each of the four devices.

Haha, good man!
Had some more good moments tonight.
The first was a come-from-behind scoreboard topping on a Geth/Ghost/Gold game with friends. On Wave 2, I hear the dogs freak out, my husband shout, and glass breaking. I threw down my controller and mic with no warning and ran to help. Turns out, one dog started puking, the others freaked out and knocked my husband's drinking glass over, it broke, and he was trying to get the dogs out so they wouldn't cut their feet. I assist with the clean-up, fully expecting to come back into the game later to find myself auto-booted.
Thankfully, I wasn't, although I was in spectator mode watching Wave 4. I came back on mic and apologized for my abrupt departure and told them why. Everyone was cool and understood real life emergencies happen. So, there I was, having missed almost two full waves, and still managed to come back and top the scoreboard... wasn't even trying to, either. LOL
The second good moment was when we upgraded to a Platinum game next. I haven't played much Platinum, but agreed to it. Took out the ol' Turian Sentinel (I was a Turian Ghost in the previous game) and readied up for the Unknown/Cerberus match. We land on Glacier... dear God, cramped space on Platinum was instant intimidation! Yet, came through with almost a full extraction (one guy went down to a dragoon in the LZ with maybe 2 seconds to go)... and topped the scoreboard for the first time ever on Platinum!
Good times, good times... and some great teamwork to boot!

On the topic. I like hillarious kills, like one above. Or a single swarmer, killed by missile.

Krogan headbutt parties put me in a good mood. Extra hilarity when there is a heavy melee-gasming Asari in the middle of it.
I was a Volus once and this poor Krogan had no one else to headbutt he ws trying to headbutt my other 2 teammates and they didn't return his friendly butts. I made a disco party shield for him. We were bros the rest of the match.

Ah, I saved someone from being insta-killed by a banshee yesterday with my Asari Valkyrie... Man, I couldn't believe that worked!
I feel like I am always discovering some new way (purely by accident) to save someone in a Banshee's grasp. Love it!
Had one last night -- apparently, a fire explosion is enough to stagger her into dropping someone. She'd grabbed Creepter our Krogan Sentinel... happened to be near my Geth Engineer's turret, which was throwing flames on her... I shot out a quick "panic" Overload, fire explosion, and BOOM! She dropped him and I unloaded my GPS on her.
Also had a heroic couldn't-have-waited-any-longer save on Creepter last night. He's playing a TGI and gets taken down at the top of the ramp outside the control room on Giant. I head in that direction with my Geth Engineer. A Cerberus trooper comes running out of the control room to execute him. And I actually thought I was too late. His foot was literally coming down when I shot Overload, but it hit him just in time that the neural shock dropped him and I ran in for the revive. And then unloaded my GPS in the trooper's face.
Most fun I've had actually using characters other than my beloved Turian Sentinel, although I did pull him out for one token run.
