Just wondered if Bioware has made any progress with Sony, if not at least let us know that they are continuing to work things out. Haven't had an update in weeks, just making sure you haven't forgotten about those that play on a system called the PS3...

As Chris Priestly stated, "Negotiations are still ongoing and we cannot discuss the details as it is an ongoing business relationship."

That's not really an update, because we stated this previously. When we can give you more information, we will. Until then, there's isn't really anything we can say.

We absolutely understand that lack of clarification or details on issues never resonates well with anyone. We're not unsympathetic to that. If we could talk about the details, even slightly, we absolutely would. The most we're able to say is that "Sony will not allow us to run the same Multiplayer Challenges on the PlayStation 3 and we're in negotiations to open this up for our PS3 community".
 
While these negotiations are ongoing we really cannot discuss any of the details, it's important in a ongoing business relationship to not do anything that could hinder it's progress. If you'd like to reach out to Sony for comment and further details then you're more than welcome to do so - but from our side, we will openly talk about this further when we have a real update.
