I've had this thread going for 3 weeks, not much in the way of answers so far.

At least it was a response. Better than nothing. Just my two cents, back to skyrim time for me.
True, a response is still a response, thought not the responce we wanted to hear.
Still enjoy the MP though despite of the fact not being able to participate on the promotional weekends. Continue to hope that this would be fix soon.

I agree at least 1) We know SOMETHING for sure and 2) No one can say that Bioware Moderators don't peruse in the foreign territory of the PS3 section of the forums.

It would really help if we collectively started asking these questions in a smarter way.
By asking "How are talks with Sony going?" a mod only has to answer with "No updates to report. Negotiations continue." in order to satisfy the question.
Note that Chris' post is directly under mine that links to the 3 week old thread asking very specific questions about what the problem is and what needs to be done in order to fix the problem. There has been one mod post on that thread and zero answers to the direct questions asking for clarification and clear explainations as to what specifically is the issue. Chris could have answered with an explaination, but he did not. That is important.
The blackout regarding these direct questions says more than "No updates to report. Negotiations continue." does.
This issue is simply not acceptable. The fact that there have been no formal explanations for the issue is not acceptable. The fact that no one is taking responsability for this issue is not acceptable. The fact that we still after 3+ weeks do not truly know what is happening, why it is happening, or whether the issue can even be resolved is absolutely unacceptable given that paying PS3 customers have no reason to expect that their version of the game would not (or could not) be supported equally alongside the 360 and PC.
As I have stated in several previous posts, I challenge any representitive from Bioware to make an official post explaining the exact reason why PS3 users are not able to enjoy the complete experience that 360 and PC users enjoy, when this issue was made aware to the companies involved and what they plan to do for customers who are now saddled with an inferior, incomplete version of the game.
Bioware has had 3+ weeks to provide clear answers to these questions. They have chosen not to do so.
These are the questions we should all be asking. Ask smart, specific questions about the issues we are having. If the only answer you get is silence or "I'm not allowed to talk about it", you are asking the right questions.

It was only after the game was out for a month that BW was even able to blame Sony for refusing to run the promos.
I say, keep up the pressure on both these forums and the Sony forums until people sort themselves out.

My point is with all the issues, an entirely single player game has drawn me in more then both SP and MP combined of ME3. Heck, I logged more time into ME2. Not even considering the ending debacle, ME3 just doesn't have the replayability factor of it's competitors. These issues are getting old, fast, and noones really addressed them properly, as was stated in an walker post.
At least the subpar performance of Skyrim on the PS3 was met with stickies stating they were addressing what issues and when. I'm still peeved that bio refuses to make such stickies. If you're going to release a subpar experience that pales in comparison to other platforms at least have dignity to pretend like it's being worked on. A stalemate with Sony over weekend events shouldn't preclude them from patching the plethora of other issues in the mean time.
This is just getting sad.

While negotiations are going on it'll be wise to resolved the issues of the PS3 version while you're at it. Getting rid of the freezes, slowdowns, poor framerates etc. should be priority.
I couldn't play ME3 now bcos due to your tech support's ignorance towards the PS3 my console is dead. Thankfully I got a spare but I can't play ME3 until those issues are resolved. Thks.

Agreed.
Bioware show a blatant disregard for the PS3 Community.
Shameful!
