Yeah, thats the sort of response that will get more Devs in here talking with you.
We continue to work with Sony on this issue. We will not prevent PC and Xbox customers from mising events while we work with Sony to let their customers take part as well. We cannot discuss the details as it is an ongoing business relationship. When we can give you more information, we will.

In the meantime, are there no interim solutions that can be implemented? Community events which need Sony's approval are one thing, but Bioware produced in-game content is STILL being withheld from us.

I can understand this but could you give us an indication of how far towards resolving this you feel both parties are at? Are we talking so close you feel you don't need to neck a bottle of vodka before coming near the PS3 forums anymore or is it still too soon to cancel your next delivery?

As a customer, isn't this the kind of gameplay difference that we should be made aware of before point of purchase? If Sony wasn't planning on letting you include their customers in multiplayer events or distribute reward pack content then that's a feature removed from the PS3 version of the game. Because Sony is the reason my ME3 experience isn't complete, how can I contact them about a refund for my ME3 collectors edition copy?

Exactly my point. I have seen the number of complaints that PS3 users have had responded to and compared it with the number of responces that other systomes have. The proof speeks for itself.unworthyBOZO wrote...

At least it was a response. Better than nothing. Just my two cents, back to skyrim time for me.
I agree at least 1) We know SOMETHING for sure and 2) No one can say that Bioware Moderators don't peruse in the foreign territory of the PS3 section of the forums.
It would really help if we collectively started asking these questions in a smarter way.
By asking "How are talks with Sony going?" a mod only has to answer with "No updates to report. Negotiations continue." in order to satisfy the question.
Note that Chris' post is directly under mine that links to the 3 week old thread asking very specific questions about what the problem is and what needs to be done in order to fix the problem. There has been one mod post on that thread and zero answers to the direct questions asking for clarification and clear explainations as to what specifically is the issue. Chris could have answered with an explaination, but he did not. That is important.
The blackout regarding these direct questions says more than "No updates to report. Negotiations continue." does.
This issue is simply not acceptable. The fact that there have been no formal explanations for the issue is not acceptable. The fact that no one is taking responsability for this issue is not acceptable. The fact that we still after 3+ weeks do not truly know what is happening, why it is happening, or whether the issue can even be resolved is absolutely unacceptable given that paying PS3 customers have no reason to expect that their version of the game would not (or could not) be supported equally alongside the 360 and PC.
As I have stated in several previous posts, I challenge any representitive from Bioware to make an official post explaining the exact reason why PS3 users are not able to enjoy the complete experience that 360 and PC users enjoy, when this issue was made aware to the companies involved and what they plan to do for customers who are now saddled with an inferior, incomplete version of the game.
Bioware has had 3+ weeks to provide clear answers to these questions. They have chosen not to do so.
These are the questions we should all be asking. Ask smart, specific questions about the issues we are having. If the only answer you get is silence or "I'm not allowed to talk about it", you are asking the right questions.

I could not care less if you want to come in here and "talk" with me, All I want is for you to deliver what you said you were going to deliver. Which is an equal experience across all platforms. If you are looking for sympathy you are on the wrong forum. Go over to the Xbox and PC forums. They actually got a complete game that works. What a concept!

I hope that was a joke.
There has been ZERO communication from the Devs on whether the PS3 issues raised by this 'section' of Community are being looked into.
You are NOT a developer but a Community Coordinator and claim to be listening (which is a matter of opinion).
It would make life a lot easier if someone could inform us whether the issues we've reported are to be addressed.

I generally don't post in the forums as I haven't much to say. I jump on almost daily for updates to technical issues (which is nearly pointless). But this post needs addressing. There is no reason for you to get snarky with customers that are upset about the quality of game you released on the PS3. The way BDG420 is expressing himself may be turdish, but his feelings are completely justified.
BioWare misled PS3 gamers by not disclosing before release that we would not be able to participate in community MP events. Simply pointing a finger at Sony doesn't cut it. Other games from other developers (even inside EA) support community events on PSN. BioWare also flat out lied to its fans, claiming parity between the PS3 and XBOX360 versions of the Mass Effect 3.

Your PS3 customers have every right to be upset about the state of this game. There has been little to no interaction from devs/mods concerning technical issues for this title in these forums.

39 pages, nearly 1000 comments. You can count on your middle finger how many replies from BioWare are in that thread.
By all means Mr. Priestly, stop posting in these forums, we're used to it.
By the way, we aren't just Sony's customers; we're your customers. Feel free to treat us as such.

For not allowing the PSN data sharing, yes.
However, I bought the game from Bioware and EA - not Sony. What's to stop Bioware coming up with a compromise which would allow us to earn the content (which they, not Sony produced) fairly and skip the whole community data sharing business? They must have known the situation prior to the game's release but are taking no alternative steps to release this withheld content to the PS3 community - I would love to know why...

It still doesnt say -why- we can't participate. It just says that Bioware blames Sony. And the update which includes Sony's statement says they are working together to get it reaolved. No time frame. No reasons. The article just reports on the problem and gives no more info.
The first poster said it best: "Sigh... Guess I'll just check back in a couple of weeks and see if they've worked it all out..."
I.e I will go play something else. If bio wants to keep an active player base for when -paid- DLC arrives, I don't think they should leave players in the dark. With all the other issues, even the free content is barely keeping people around. It's getting harder and longer to get full games going on gold unless you play with friends. As I said in my earlier post: this is just getting sad.

Dont mean to be a dick but in the past 3 weeks the only thing from a bioware person that I could find is either locked posts that are not tech support related or a sticky saying lol you guys thought you were getting resurgence packs. So its not like the devs are really in here talking anyways. I mean you guys couldnt even be bothered to post that there was a patch being released in this part of the forum.
