They showed as out of stock because 8:40 pdt is 9:40 mdt, before the release time. They changed to in stock just after 10:00 mdt, and then the site exploded.

For what it's worth, once I finally got the site to load again, ordering was slow but smooth, and the site is still loading for me.

Finally worked for me. Not a huge fan of those lithos, but I guess it's buying for the sake of buying now for me.

I got my 2 pack a minute ago without any major issue. But the website was a little slow and I had to reset the password.

Well that was a little excitement in an otherwise boring day. Got my order to go through and picked up some of the sale DA2 lithos as well. What I want to know is where is Mordin Solus lithograph? Easily the best character of the series and he is nowhere to be found in regards to lithos. Come on Bioware!

Put a white border about that and I would definitely be on board. Printing to the edge makes it look like a poster.

Ok, so the lithos finally showed up for sale (im on my phone at work) placed an order for the 2 pack and i keep getting a gateway error, it says that my card doesnt match my billing address or something like that. All of my info is correct. Its more frusterating because im on my phone. Lol

Same here, for 45 mins now, and using three different cards. I sent a ticket to the store support and they replied it may be because my postcode is lowercase :/. Still nothing when I change it. Oh, and my banks fraud dept called me asking if I recognised all the transactions made lol

Yeah that is nice. I would love to see a femshep litho released. In all honesty, they should release both versions as I am betting the field is pretty split in regards to what gender people played. I was a femshep all the way through so I am definitly leaning towards the femshep version.

That sucks. Lol, I emailed them and they replied and told me that my billing address doesnt match my banks info, which I was aware of and all of my info is accurate, I've ordered 3 or 4 other lithos with the same info without any problems. Frusterating. Lol

I'd totally buy both. I have a ridiculous crush on Sheploo and I'm a femShep player. Though, only if they don't use default in-game femShep...do not want.

wow, I just got home and checked my bank account and ive been charged 10 times for the anderson/prothean 2pack. on the site it says I havent placed any orders. WTF


[Edit]  ok talked to my bank and I'm not being charged, I think ill hold off on these 2 lithographs  lol

Don't worry, basically because their system is saying our addresses aren't matching up, they cannot accept the payments that have been made, ( I had twelve lol). My transactions had already been refunded by Treehouse, so I imagine yours will be soon, if not already.

Yup, same issue with the credit card. Strange as it was the same card and address that I had with Treehouse before the new server/store setup. Their paypal link did not work either. I had to do a run around with a different card.

I generally don't like to complain about much but the "new" store seems to be a step backwards so far. I played around on it and it was VERY slow clicking on anything/navigating - I am glad that this lithograph wasn't a big interest release. I can my frustration level skyrocket unless it speeds up a lot more. And this was a day or two ago when traffic was low.

It is also too bad that they removed the ability to see remaining stock on an item - I assume this was a purposeful move?

Yeah, the lady from treehouse helping me with the problem . All of my information matches up with my bank, its the same info I've had and bought other lithos with.  weird.
